This staff & customer service is amazing, I'm very pleased with my chyna autograph. There's was a little issue with Chyna signing two pages in the magazine when it came in the mail it was only one signed page the staff explained that they normally have the celeb sign one thing of the same. They showed me that they care and took the time to find the problem, They refund me 40$ back due to the miss understanding what was posted on eBay. Came here today for a autograph signing for Sara Jean Underwood (G4 correspondent/uber hot model). What was really cool was that she ended up being slightly late and the store offered a free 8 x 10 photo with the photo you would pay to get signed ($20 fee). Two for the price of one who showed up early (lucky me). Add to that, I looked around the shop and it really is a legit shop in terms of looking for sports cards, memorabilia, actor/actress autographs, etc. If you're looking for sports autographs/entertainment autographs expect the bigger the name the more expensive the cost (that's a given). I was not that familiar with this place but need an official NFL helmet in 3 days notice. Sean ordered one to be dropped shipped to my house. I had three extremely enjoyable experiences with Sean and his team at AIA. The first was mail order transaction to obtain a personal autograph from a television personality I truly admired. The transaction went smooth and the item was delivered days after the event. Sean also emailed me repeatedly throughout the process to make sure all the details and photos I wanted were exact. About a month later I called upon AIA's services again. This time they were at an event where the co-host of the person I mentioned above was there. As both of these events were on the West Coast and I am on the East, I felt that this would be the only way I would be able to have a piece of personalized memorabilia from Candace and Sara of G4's Attack of the Show. I sent in my autographed ball to get authenticated at one of their PSA/DNA events. Dropped off the ball in perfect condition and paid $15 dollars. Picked up the ball with the signature smudeged. I called them and they didn't answer, so I then emailed them to address the issue. Got a response 5 days later stating that both of their computers crashed at the same time but someone would call me the next day. That was the last contact I have had with them.
