While that isn't something that…read morethey usually do for a set (they evaluate/buy individual cards), the people in the store put aside some time to educate me on the different cards I had and their possible value. You can tell that this store has people who are really passionate about what they do And are not just run if the mill employees. They took the time to tell me about several of my individual cards, show me how to find their value online and gave me recommendations as to where I could sell them. I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. I know people shiver when they see the Christmas things being pulled to the floor early, but it's nice to get a Headstart on shopping for decorations. One thing I wish they had is more floor staff and friendly ones to match the ones working at the register. I think the prices are reasonable, very reasonable. Parking is plenty full. My husband took them there the first time, and he was amazed by the size and all the stuff there for sale. Think of it as a trade show/swap meet located in a vacant Sears in the mall. I went with them on another trip to check it out. My husband mentioned all the Funko Pops and nostalgic, old school (talking 80's) memorabilia there. What a great place! It had a little something for everyone! Some places are willing to barter; people were buying, selling, and trading. We have friends whose kids are into Pokémon and would love this place! We have returned a few more times - we just enjoy family time with a drive down to San Diego area. The mall that this place is in has some cool stores, as well as food establishments and a Regal theater. If you're driving down, make a day of it and enjoy various offerings there.
