I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. I know it's only $10 and I honestly was still going to buy if market was truly $190, but he lied to me and thought that I was just gonna take his word. Like I said, Ninja Exchange is a dope place where I've done a lot of business, but this vendor might be out to scam some people out of their money by lying to them about the actual market price. If you do plan on purchasing anything from that vendor, double check the market value. He might be trying to screw you out of your money like he did with me.

Every time I've gone in, he's been extremely helpful and attentive, more than willing to answer any questions one might have about the hobby. He's a super friendly and welcoming guy, and can chat things up with an experienced player, or a newcomer just as easily. You definitely won't feel intimidated coming here as a first-timer. The selection is extensive--it's a Games Workshop/Warhammer flagship, after all. There are books, paints, and of course, miniature models! The value of the items is determined and set by Games Workshop, which tends to be on the spendy side--but if you're into the hobby, you already know that going in. My only complaint about the store (but not quite enough to remove a star) is that it opens at 11 am, but he usually takes a lunch break around noon, and is back, generally, by 1 pm. There have been several times where I've driven to the store, and gotten there a little bit after noon, and either had to wait around for an hour, or just decide to come back on a different day. Overall, it's a great store, and one of the only dedicated Warhammer stores in North County SD. Check it out!
