Where you aware that the battery pack they sell (we didnt want Musk) they clearly do not know that it requires a piece inserted to get Maricopa County inspector to sign off? Who knew. Not us and clearly not them. Don't worry they had the piece the second time the inspector came out. For the final inspection sign off it was an added cluster. Ignore the times they give you because they are just hypothetical. Let's see 9 to 12 pm doesn't mean 2.45 pm. Where did these times come from? The cable guy does a better job. Bonus - Did the company ever call us to apologize for their ineptitude? Nope. We had to reach out to get them to give us a small refund. Which was pulling teeth.
