When we arrived, we were seated at a fantastic table that had been beautifully prepared with red roses for my wife and a thoughtful anniversary card. It was an incredibly classy touch that immediately made the evening feel special. The service was simply the best we've ever experienced. Our servers were outstanding, and throughout the evening multiple managers and staff members stopped by to congratulate us on our anniversary. Their attention to detail was remarkable--our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, and the table was cleared seamlessly without ever feeling rushed. The food was equally exceptional. We started with the fried lobster tails, which were outstanding. My wife ordered the sea bass, and I had the New York strip. Without question, this was one of the best one or two meals we've ever had. To finish the evening, Dominick's surprised us with their incredible caramel cake served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream as an anniversary gift. It was absolutely amazing and the perfect ending to a perfect celebration. Dominick's exceeded every expectation we had. From the exceptional hospitality and world-class service to the outstanding food and thoughtful personal touches, this is truly a first-class dining experience. We will absolutely make Dominick's a must-visit every time we're in Scottsdale. Thank you to everyone at Dominick's for making our 39th anniversary so memorable.

That said, don't make the mistake of saving it only for anniversaries and birthdays. My son comes here regularly simply because it's his favorite steakhouse. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or just treating yourself to an incredible dinner, Dominick's is worth it. Our server, Jeff, was outstanding -- professional, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever hovering. The manager also stopped by to check on our table, and throughout the evening we were genuinely taken care of. One thing I especially appreciated was how the staff serves the shared side dishes. Instead of simply placing the casserole dishes in the center of the table, they first serve each guest an appropriate portion before setting the remaining dish on the table. It's one of those small touches that perfectly reflects the level of service you receive here. If you're wondering how many sides to order, we had six people, and ordered four, which was absolutely perfect. We even had enough Brussels sprouts left for another serving. The Corn Crème Brûlée is an absolute MUST. It is a casserole of creamed corn with the beautiful, crisp, amber top-crust of caramelized, brûléed sugar. Because it's so exceptional (and not a huge portion), I'd recommend ordering one for about every three people. Jeff also suggested ordering the Brussels Sprouts "extra crisp," and he was exactly right. They were perfectly caramelized with crispy bacon and just the right amount of texture. The Dominick's Potatoes are like an elevated potato gratin layered with caramelized onions, Gouda, and mozzarella. We also ordered a second potato dish which is my favorite -- the incredibly creamy, garlicky "Boursin Cheese Whipped Potatoes." They were rich, silky, and absolutely addictive. Honestly, I'd love to just split the Corn Crème Brûlée and the Boursin potatoes with a friend while enjoying some of their special cocktails and that would be my kind of unique and fun happy hour. Speaking of cocktails, the "Pomegranate Blood Orange Martini" was delicious -- poured tableside into a chilled martini glass and the chilled mini shaker to refill your glass. It was perfectly refreshing. Along with the berverages, they will serve a cast-iron skillet of hot, soft, fresh-out-of the-oven garlic rolls and dishes of soft, creamy butter. I don't care how full you think you're going to be--you owe it to yourself to eat at least one. They're incredible. For an appetizer, we also ordered fresh oysters, and what made them so memorable wasn't just the quality of the oysters but the incredible assortment of eight accompanying sauces. Two people in our group ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, and Jeff recommended having it prepared "Spiedini-style" (seared with Chardonnay) rather than Chardonnay-braised. It was the perfect choice. The outside had just the lightest delicate crispness while the inside remained buttery, moist, and beautifully flaky, separating into silky, tender layers with almost no effort. Another person ordered the T-bone topped with lobster, while others enjoyed New York Strip steaks. Save room for dessert. The gorgeous "Triple Layer Key Lime Pie" is a ring-molded slice generous enough for two people to share. (Just take a look at my photo.) The smooth key-lime filling has a delicious almond graham cracker crust and is beautifully plated with fresh raspberry sauce and garnish. The "Ultimate Warm Vanilla Caramel Cake" is another favorite, served warm with vanilla gelato, whipped cream, and toasted brown sugar cinnamon pecans. It's the kind of dessert everyone around the table ends up reaching for "just one more bite" of. Some would describe it as similar to a Butter-Cake. Our gluten-free guests also loved the "Peanut Butter Pie," proving no one has to miss out on dessert here. One final tip: Make reservations well in advance, especially if you'd like to dine upstairs by the beautiful pool. I love how Dominick's offers distinct different seating areas, from the bar seating area to intimate tables for date nights and larger spaces for celebrations. If you have a special occasion--or even a preference for a quieter, more romantic table--let them know when you make your reservation. They do an exceptional job of matching the mood.

Previous Moves: My first two moves with your company cost between $250 and $350 each. The most recent quoted move was significantly higher at a flat $500, with an additional $180 charged in 30-minute increments (rounded up) for any time over the agreed period via the Groupon deal. During the most recent interaction, I was charged unexpected extra fees. When I questioned them, the representative hung up on me. I called back to request assistance in recovering funds through Groupon. The representative again stated that Groupon is a third party and not their problem, then hung up on me a second time. Email from Lisa (for reference): "Thank you for sending this over. We have 6/12 arrival 630-7am. For the Groupon we will need the Groupon redemption code and I can send over our contract and payment link for the trip fee $100 + $40 mileage fee and $90 moving supplies that are required to properly protect and handle your belongings (stretch wrap, mattress bags and tape). On the day of service any additional hours are $180 prorated in 30 minute increments rounded up. Please let me know if you have any questions Thank you Lisa" You may verify yourself whether these additional charges are clearly disclosed in the original Groupon description. Edit after laughable response from owner: I have receipts from th bank showing I received a full refund. No need to lie. Service Issues: * First Move: The crew initially performed a walkthrough and appeared professional. However, after the move was completed, they had forgotten one of my televisions. Despite pointing it out, they offered no solution and simply left. I was forced to arrange separate transportation for the large TV myself. While the crew was polite, the lack of accountability after a walkthrough was unacceptable. * Second Move (No-Show): The movers failed to show up entirely. I filed a dispute with my credit card, which resulted in a full refund. Credit Card Refund Confirmation: "We are writing to inform you that a refund has been initiated in connection with your recent transaction with Soft Touch Moving. After reviewing your dispute and the details provided, we have processed a reversal of the applicable charge. The credited amount will be returned to your account ending in **** within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution's posting times. No further action is required from you at this time. If you do not see the refund reflected after the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you further. We appreciate your patience while we completed our review." In summary, I would strongly advise others not to waste their time or money with Soft Touch Moving. The combination of surprise fees, poor communication, unprofessional hang-ups, forgotten items, and no-shows demonstrates a clear lack of reliability and customer service.

Organizing is definitely a daunting task and hard to even begin but she really guided us through everything and transformed the home.

I wish I could leave ten stars!…read more I work from home in a very paper-intensive profession, and my office was out of control. I thought I had weeks of work to do to catch up on the backlog. I hired Meghan to come in and help because I've tried several of those popular organize yourself books ("The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up", "Un-f--- Your Habitat", etc.) and they never worked. I just assumed I was predisposed to disorganization. Meghan came over for a consultation and looked it over, assured me things weren't really all that bad, and talked over what would be involved. She said it would take about 5 hours. I was expecting a few days, so I was thrilled. We booked a time for the organizing day, and she arrived on time and ready to go. It was so helpful to have a professional give me tips and tell me where to put things. She listened to how I use my space in order to help me figure out the best places to put things. My home office is amazingly clean and tidy now, and the mountain of paperwork was turned into a molehill. I took 40 lbs of paper to the office store to shred, and my paperwork backlog is now only about 2 inches. I'll finish it in a workday or two. My kitchen is logically arranged now, my closet is tidy, and those random boxes under the bed have been sorted. Everything I own now has a place, and I feel confident that I'll be able to keep things tidy by just returning everything to its place when I'm done with it. Meghan was worth every penny I paid her and more. We spent 5 1/2 hours, and she bought me weeks of time and relieved me of unbelievable amounts of stress. I should have called her sooner!
