I ordered a rice paper salad with original sauce to go & when I came home to open it .... there was barely (literally) anything there. Of course, I'd say it was my fault for not checking to see if the food was okay before I drove home. Rice paper salad consists of ingredients such as rice paper, peanuts, mangos, beef jerky, chili, quail eggs, and seasonings. What I had was seasoned rice paper with eggs (Not quail eggs) There were no peanuts at all, the leftover crumbs of beef jerky (where was the strips of jerky?!), and mangos were not even visible. Appalling as this was, I called the store to see if there was any compensation because I did not pay $5 for seasoned rice paper. The employee on the phone (in my opinion) seemed like he did not want to be bothered, giving me one word responds. UNTIL I spoke in Vietnamese with them ... after acknowleding that I was Vietnamese, he started to take interest in what I had to say. Told me that the owner, Travis, would call me back. Waited. He never called back. I had to call several times just for them to tell me I can have 10% off the next purchase (which seems like there's already a 10% offer to the public). Mind you, not once, did any employee that I spoke to offer their condolences nor apologies. Food service is the worst. Waited long for the food to be ready. Unprofessional. Does not take care of their customers nor do they care. Now I know why this place had barely any customers. It was dead when I walked in. read more

I come here couple times but the very last time I came there. They let me wait for 45 mins and my food still hadn't come out yet. After I asked them to check my order. They said that my food would not be ready in 20 mins. So they asked if I wanna full refund or just keep waitting. I ended up with the full refund. It is ridiculous when you have to wait for over 1 hour to get your food and they didn't even tell me that first. I just fking wasted 40 mins for nothing. read more

The worst restaurant I've ever been to. Been here at 8:30 PM today. There were 2 waiter & 1 waitress talking to a customer over the phone. One of the waiter sitting on a table playing/using his phone. When we arrive, none of the employee said "Hello". We waited for 10 mins, the waitress done her conversation, had a seat at her own zone & relaxed. The two other employees completely ignore our appearance. A small mom and pops place behind Starbucks. They have a variety of drinks and Vietnamese food. I just got the spicy popcorn chicken. For $4.25 you get a good amount of chicken + a small container of sauce. The chicken was good! The spicy isn't very spicy though! The cashier was very sweet and the place felt really homey. I've been looking for different boba tea shops that aren't packed 24/7, but still has all the boba necessities along with the complimenting flavors, and with all the boba places around you really have to step up your game here. There's definitely not a crowd here, so that's a plus. I just didn't enjoy my boba I got here, and I got one of their speciality drinks, but it ended up tasting like sugary milk. All of the pictures I see posted by them on social media makes everything look so delicious, so I was really excited about trying something new. With all The resources Atlanta has to offer to provide delicious/unique boba tea and great Vietnamese food, I just feel like they can do better. The customer service was a bit lacking. It seemed like they were just excited to see us leave the counter so they could go back to doing their own thing. People, give this place a chance! They are still figuring out their identity and the best way to serve their patrons from food selections to the most popular items people want the most. I say this because I've spoken to the owner himself and he is a super nice guy. Really cares about the community and serving the locals. This isn't a franchise so don't think Sweet Hut, Kung Fu Tea, Quicklys when you come into here. This location, the wall art is awesome, large sitting area, and the drinks have an option where you can get two flavors in one cup, because the cup itself is split into two for $1 more. Came here randomly & left pleasantly surprised. It's a very spacious Vietnamese tea shop with really great customer service. I ordered the rose milk tea with boba and basil seeds. The milk was made to order for this particular drink and I was able to customize the sweetness. I accidentally somehow ordered 2 and didn't realize it until after I already paid. The server was kind enough to issue me a refund and then charge my card the correct amount. They were so sweet about it. They handed me a buzzer to notify me when my drink was ready. After I got my drink and was heading out the door, the server asked me how the drink was. The entire kitchen came out to see my response & it was the cutest thing ever. They genuinely care about serving a good product, especially since they don't make the rose flavored tea that often. It didn't taste chalky like a lot of places. The rose was a little subtle. They offer a split cup option so you can try two flavors easily so you don't have to drink the backwash of a friend's drink I'll definitely come back for my bubble tea fix. read more

Came with a friend to try this place out, and it was not a good surprise. The cashier was rude and forgot Part of my order. The rice paper salad was not the best, the Thai tea was so sweet it could give you a headache, and the other food including the shrimp balls and small cup cake thing did not taste good at all. The cake was way too dry. There is not much on the menu but that is probably because the place is still new. But that does not excuse for the food on their menu tasting bad. If you wanted bubble tea there's Kung Fu tea nearby that makes amazing drinks and there's also Lattea nearby. The drinks took just as long to make as the food, it didn't look busy so I'm not sure what took so long. When I was ordering I saw the cool blue Hawaii milk tea and asked the cashier what flavor it was, she said it just taste like milk tea just blue -_- well that explained it. The prices are high for the portion of the clams it was basically over $1 something per mini clam. The drinks were on the sweeter and less creamy side, the boba was hard (undercooked). The only thing I would come back to buy again is the duck eggs in tamarind sauce. The sauce worked well with the creaminess of the perfectly cooked yolk. I have to say I was impressed with the tea and food at nom nom. I'm around Alot of Vietnamese and I eat their food a lot and this was amazing! The fiery bread was really good. Spicy and crispy to get all your taste buds going. I also had the tornado potato that paired well as a side item to it. Last but not least was the Violet love.
