Thank you, Ulysses, Marlin, and Edison. Then we had San Marino replace our old camera system. They did a fantastic job of getting all the cameras to cover the strategic areas. I was impressed! Thank you Dennis, Victor, and Chris. I will soon replace my alarm system and cameras at my business, and recommend San Marino Security Systems to anyone who may be serious about protecting their home with an alarm and camera system. We were looking around for a security camera installer and stumbled upon their fantastic reviews on Yelp and Google and they did not disappoint! I gave them a call and they came the same following week! We had 8 CCTV cameras installed, and the quality of both the equipment and the installation is high quality and truly top-notch. What impressed me most was the speed and professionalism. They got all 8 cameras installed and set up within 4 hours!! The last place that did my installation took almost a week to complete lol. Pricing is fair, you get what you pay for! Bobby handled our install, and he was absolutely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He emails me and mentions we just need a address for your house so we can Googlemap it... (that is the laziest way someone can use to set up cameras for customers btw) Anyway... I gave him my address and I guess he looked it up and said he could do it and put a camera in the front house. Gave me a price quote of $135 for 1 Camera. I dont know the quality of the cameras, so Im not gonna pay 135 for something I havent seen. Trying to be professional I ask him if he can come down on the tuesday that we set up and on the DAY OFF, he sends me a email saying that he's working on a warehouse installing "32" cameras and pretty much doesnt have time to install "1" camera. I get it. more business, more $. But if you tell a customer and make a appointment with them, you better show. And for that reason, I am writing this review for CybrTek because their business ethics is very poor. Cybr Frank made a appointment and decided to go somewhere else. And asking for your address in the email so he can googlemaps to where to put your camera?! You cant see every blindspot and every nook and cranny from a computer screen... especially if you serious about protecting your home. Take your business elsewhere, these guys are shady.

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
