It has not been resolved. We visited the property today and found clear evidence that the agreed-upon services are not being performed. The pictures speak for themselves. This is apparently how this company treats clients when they believe there is little to no oversight. This is a complete breach of trust. We are being billed for services that are simply not being provided. There is no excuse for charging customers while failing to fulfill basic contractual obligations.
