I contacted Eddie based off his Yelp reviews and he was very efficient with his communication and getting a quote over to us was relatively quick. He tailored it specific to the needs of our commercial property, to our lease and city specifications & permits needed and really did all the work!! Eddie came back several times over the last few months to complete each part of the job. He went out of his way to find a major issue with the electrical wiring and to correct a miscommunication on a lighting color! We can only say great things about Eddie & GAN Signs. I had a last minute job for Roger and he delivered within an hour. Mind you, it was a small and easy project. But speaking to him and his team on the phone was easy. Extremely Disappointed - Poor Quality and Unprofessional Service…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Pro Printing. I ordered brochures for my business, and the quality was extremely cheap and nowhere near professional standards. The brochures were so poorly made that they were completely unusable. What makes this experience even worse is their lack of customer service. They only accepted payment through Zelle, and once I reached out to address the quality issues and request a resolution, they completely ghosted me. No response, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes happen, but ignoring a paying customer after delivering an unacceptable product is extremely unprofessional. I wasted my money, time, and trust on this company. I would strongly recommend that other business owners think twice before ordering from Pro Printing, especially when paying through Zelle. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

This review is long overdue!…read more I worked with Mark at CAT Specialties a few years ago, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the quality of their custom t-shirts is outstanding. Mark is super friendly and easy to work with. He is exceptionally helpful, answering all of my questions quickly and offering valuable advice on sizing and materials. Mark even created pre-production samples at no charge!! When I saw the pre-production t-shirts, I was blown away by the quality. The fabric is soft, durable, and comfortable to wear, and the print looks crisp and vibrant--just as I envisioned. I have used other t-shirt making companies before, and their prints would fade or crack and fall off over time. Mark's t-shirts from CAT Specialties have none of these issues and we've been wearing them for years. If you're looking for the best customer service and quality, I can't recommend Mark and CAT Specialties enough. Their exceptional service, high-quality products, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them stand out in the crowded world of custom t-shirts. I am currently in the process of placing my second order and I give them a 10/10!
