But I was so happy after this last time when I opted for some decals and logos on my newer flagship van. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business, staff is one of laziest and most confusing staff I have ever meet. Do not spend your money here and don't waste your energy with their unprofessional staff. I was excited to find this place and working with them for all my printing needs for my business. I gave them list of items I needed to get printed, after consistently having to remind them every 4-5 days about my quotation and after 8-9 email exchange, 6 phone calls to the store and two visits to the stores, now over a month and they still don't have my quotation. Guy at the front desk forgets everything he goes over with the customer. I had to refresh his memories 4 times I spoke to him about items I needed printed. This business is not a very reliable business. I asked for a quote three weeks ago. I asked them to make a revision because the previous print had a misspelled word. ( not their fault, it was my fault because that's how I approved the sample) anywho it took them 9 days to get back, they just got back to me and asked me if the new sample was approved. I replied asking them what the cost is and what's their turn around time? Still no response. I rather go to a different printing biz. When it comes to promotional products we as customers and business owners, expect fast replies and turn around times for our customers. Also their phone lines don't work. I saw a review on Yelp from over a year ago stating their phone lines weren't working... they aren't working right now. So what does that say about a business? Super happy with the products we have received from Amazon Graphics! We typically use them for our marketing collateral, but most recently had one of our trucks wrapped. Marcos did an excellent job designing the graphic, and of course, applying the wrap. All for a very fair price! They advised us on what material and wrap is best to increase the longevity of our graphic since it will be in the sun most often. Not much to say about this company so far except they don't care much for their customers. I called in 4 times the first 2 in a row that were both hung up on. The next one picked up and hung up on. But maybe this was a one off and I can understand things can happen so I called 30 minutes later and finally someone answered. The lady picked up the phone and stated the name Amazon graphics, so I am ask about having a specific service. She said I have to ask someone, left me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the phone on me anyway. I didn't appreciate that at all, this company needs to tighten up their understanding of Customer Service. - I will give you another chance - I don't like to leave reviews like this that are bad. This place is literally a one stop shop for printing. I just opened up a barbershop in the city of San dimas and they did my flyers, business cards, A frame sign for the front and an arrow sign for someone to waive out front. They even did a 25'wide by 12'tall wall wrap for us. They were very quick getting proofs back to us on the design and getting the prints done once they were approved. As a small business owner I don't really believe in writing negative yelp reviews, because I believe the feedback should be given directly to the owner so they can improve upon their services or products. I have done business with Amazon Graphics for the past five years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them. The owner, Cris attempts to be accommodating, but over promises and usually under delivers, but most of all takes zero blame or responsibility when there is an error on their part. At first I thought there was just a language barrier, but after several aggressive conversations, and extremely loud confrontations over incorrect orders, I simply cannot tolerate this from a fellow business owner. If I were to ever provide service such as this, I would be out of business within a week. I would never ever recommend anyone does business with Amazon Graphics, unless it changes ownership. disrespecting your customers, raising your voice at them in front of other customers and being extremely aggressive is never ever a way to behave or treat your customers. And demanding that the CUSTOMER pays for incorrect prints, or poor quality printing because the error costs money to the business owner is VEVER acceptable. It's the cost of doing business. When you do something incorrectly you need to fix it for your customer, and that is a cost that you have to incur as part of doing business. I Will definitely take my business elsewhere and even if it costs me a little extra, it will be worth it just to have respect and be appreciated as a customer. read more

Wednesday I stop by and was told by a lady in the reception desk that the order is not ready, but will be in an hour to an hour and thirty minutes. Walk in after about 2 hours to be told that the process takes a while and to please be mindful of it? And that the elongated process was done as a favor? Hmm.. So I can't hold you accountable for everything beforehand, but should take your word on machines taking time to do a job? Business is simple, I pay you because you say you can get a job done. Our CEO had to personally come in & was told to come back more than once on the same day because they weren't ready. - Original artwork was stretched instead of properly converted. I'm a graphic designer by practice. A business should not pose as a "Printing & GRAPHICS" shop if there are no trained professionals to work with files correctly. - Product was poor quality. Our brochures CRACKED when we folded them. - Communication needs improvement. I had left the office already, so I had to do file conversion offsite. Waited for an hour or so before hearing back from them, when they originally told bossman that they're ready to receive artwork. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider investing in a business revamp or selling out to someone who can. Seems much needed. Then I noticed the only did two pages instead of the four. Then they told me they take care of it. So I get a call 3 days later and they're trying to charge me again for the design. And when I called and talked to them there were giving me a hard time about it and trying to get me to pay more. It should have all been explained in the beginning. Very disappointed with the follow up here. We had ordered t-shirts for the club and the fronts were printed wrong. They agreed to redo them, sent them a sample of what we wanted and assumed it would be good. Upon picking them up they were still wrong and the answer was that's an additional set up cost. We were never notified and they just chose to print how they wanted to. Also a they did was heat the shirt and remove the piece that was wrong, most shirts still have pieces on them of the wrong parts. Looks very tacky. Poor follow thru on this project. Also we had order additional decals with our logo and those were not printed as promised. I would highly suggest you look for another place to do business, very disappointing. read more

I am livid right now! I needed sweet sixteen invitations made and sent out two weeks ago. I provided them with specific instructions a month and a half ago for the invitations which were simple, rustic and matte and provided them with the exact image. Not only did it take them weeks to provide me with a damn draft but as I went in (had to go in person because they never pick up the phone) I asked for the simple rsvp cards and they told me that the designer had to design those and would have it in two days. It's now been an extra two weeks and Marisol has told me that her designer still hasn't provided her with them and would call me back. Four days later and nothing. I have left several messages since I have two jobs and I can't be driving there every single time! I am beyond furious! Now it's too late to order with anyone else!
