Instead of trying to clarify or be patient, the employee made a comment to my pregnant fiancée that I "need to learn communication skills." I found that remark disrespectful and completely uncalled for. Customer service goes a long way, especially in a neighborhood liquor store where there are plenty of other options. Based on how I was treated, I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
