I would give Noble Industries a zero rating if that were an option, but the Office Manager and Estimator were helpful. I selected Noble Industries for my kitchen and bathroom insurance rebuild, and it was the worst construction contractor experience I've had in over 40 years of working with construction professionals. Additionally, it was the first time I have ever terminated a Work Authorization Contract due to poor performance. The company had good reviews and was listed with Contractor Connection, so I expected the project to go smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Let this serve as a reminder to thoroughly research and proceed with caution when selecting a contractor, regardless of the platform and reviews listed online. Initially, communication was good while getting the project started. However, after completing a few construction tasks, they failed to return to correct issues with their own workmanship (drywall repair and electrical outlets left open and hanging from the wall.). The communication on their part quickly deteriorated. Frequently they did not follow up to various forms of communication when they stated they would. Direct questions often went unanswered, and there was little to no proactive follow-up unless I initiated it. It is unsatisfactory to treat a customer in this manner. While they expressed empathy regarding the ongoing delays, there was no demonstrated sense of urgency to address the incomplete or deficient work. Just more delays. Living in a construction zone for over six months is incredibly stressful. What made it worse was the lack of accountability and timely follow-through from the contractor which I hired to restore my home. Utilizing a variety of licensed contractors, it has only taken 6 weeks to complete what Noble Industries could not do in 6 months. Impressed by their quality of work, we ended up utilizing them for a renovation. The results were great! Absolutely do not use this company, not one thing has been done right. We had a plumbing leak and had to completely gut our kitchen. We had never been through something like this. Noble contacted us after the remediation company did their work. We didn't know any better, I wish I had researched them. All trades are subcontracted, and I pretty much had to tell them what needed to be done to the best of my ability. Minimal guidance from the supervisor. Order of trades coming in was wrong. The drywall and texture has been done 5 times and it still looks like crap. Ticks me off every time I look at it. Electricians were young men who just didn't seem to quite know what they were doing, came back multiple times when things weren't done right. New plumbing install had a leak. Range hood was installed off center. Cabinets are ok but not the best. Several things needed to be addressed with them, still waiting on a replacement drawer front. Had to find my own countertop company but then the ball was dropped on them receiving payment causing a substantial delay. The supervisor told me that the countertop material was back ordered when, in fact, they just hadn't paid them to make the countertop- so I was lied to. Was assigned a new supervisor but it was too late for me, I was way beyond my threshold for BS. He tried to make it right but the damage was done. We paid a good amount of money for what has just left me feeling like we were taken advantage of. Subpar everything. Really unfortunate experience. read more

I wish I had never heard of Noble industries. The work was sub par, the had to get multiple people on the job to try to complete it. It was never actually finished correctly and they gaslight you the entire process. I finally ended up just paying them to be done with the process and am now saving to replace all the work they did. The work turned out well but it took 5 months longer than what we were told it would take. They do not employ any of their own contractors and sublet everything. Their plumber and electrician are great. They do use a good drywaller but they'll send out a drunk who doesn't show up on time if at all until you complain and then they get a reputable company in there. Drywall guy would constant no call no show, would say he'll be there tomorrow then be there in a week. Would show up to drop off materials then leave and wouldn't see him for a week. It easily added a month to our timeline. The flooring company they use does good work but that company's sales person is incompetent. He came out four separate times to measure, said he ordered 15% extra materials and 90% through the floor install and they ran out of material. Had to special order the flooring which took a week. Good thing I asked that day about the transition strips because he didn't order those either. We remodeled all our bedrooms and bathrooms. Paint was on the bid but apparently only for the master bedroom. We had to get the additional room, ceiling, and door paint added on. Why would we remodel all our bedrooms and only paint one of them!? Why would we want them to mismatch and them to look like crap from when we originally purchased the house? They said "Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding". That's either shady business tactics, incompetence, or both. The vanity company they work with also does good work, but took 3 months to get replacement drawers because "No one ever told him we needed them" He said this two times, one month apart for both times. I have text threads with pictures confirming they knew. I could go on and on. Do not use this company, it will be an absolute hassle every step of the way. read more

Nate, with Noble industries told me "it's not stealing, if it was replaced." I had to contact the Registrar of Contractors to have the R19 insulation, removed from my wall without justification or need, by Noble Industries, in order to have any insulation replaced in my wall. Noble Industries left a west wall in Phoenix, AZ, without any R19 insulation. There was a small amount, partial replacement, with inferior pieces of R11 and R 13, which appeared previously used. Noble Industries was very difficult to work with, stretched a bathroom renovation project into a 1 year ordeal and still refuses to paint the wall with paint that matches the rest of the room. Horrible company to work with. They are the sister company of eco dry. After eco dry cuts holes in your walls and drys everything up they bring in noble industries. They are horrible at there jobs. I worked with a guy named brad has no idea what he's doing. Had to keep adjusting our claim amount. They chose the Cheapest company to do our tile and still can't get our grout to stop cracking 5 months later. read more
