"Extra" cream cheese
Emma D.

Paid the $$ for extra cream cheese and this is what I got. Told the girl I paid for extra and showed her my bagel, her response was "that is extra cream cheese" ....... Is this a joke?

Horribly burnt. There was even less cream cheese than this I had to add my own.

I ordered from Noah's Bagels through DoorDash the other day and received a horribly burnt bagel that was completely unacceptable. I left a review about the experience and got one of those generic corporate copy-and-paste responses from the manager. I decided to give them a second chance two days later by ordering again to see if anything had improved. Big mistake. This time I ordered a Farmhouse sandwich and a Nova Lox bagel sandwich, and they still managed to mess up the order. The Farmhouse sandwich is supposed to come with bacon, ham, eggs, cream cheese, and regular cheese. Instead, I received a bagel with barely any cream cheese and random veggies on it. Completely wrong order and terrible quality yet again. I received the nova lox sandwich, but barely any cream cheese on it and I did not receive the chips that were supposed to go with my order. At this point, it's obvious this location does not take customer complaints seriously because the employees continue sending out incorrect, low-quality food with zero attention to detail. This is honestly one of the worst Noah's Bagels locations I've ever ordered from. Don't waste your money or time ordering from this place, especially through DoorDash. I honestly wonder if customers would receive the same poor service and food quality in person, or if they just treat delivery customers like they don't matter. I was asked to update my review after my first complaint, so here's the update: the quality and service are still horrible.

Got the dozen bagels, lox and coffee!

Came to pick up my online order and it was ready 5 min before my pick up time which is a huge plus! And the staff there is extremely nice and friendly. They were out of the hazelnut coffee and one of the lovely employee helped made another batch right away. I wanted to tip cash but didn't have any on me, so I don't if the owner of this franchise or manager will read the reviews but just wanted to give a shout out to the 3 employees working this morning!

After a night shift, before I go home this is my first stop on really hard days, just hits the spot

I haven't been here in a really long time and we decided to stop in for a brunch bagel. Nothing fancy and nothing boring, the restaurant was clean, smelled of fresh bagels, and the workers were all very friendly. It appears there's a lot of regulars and they are all addressed by their names, lovely to see how friendly they are to everyone. Our bagels were the perfect amount to satisfy our hunger without going overboard. I plan to stop in again to try something new.

Really bad Schmear... absolute crap.
Eric S.

Well, my first mistake of the day was thinking I'd get a Noah's Bagel... there's a reason I haven't gotten one in years. Here's a remind of why... the bagel I wanted wasn't ready, so I justified it by telling myself I was early. So I ordered a plain bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese. Then it got awkward, the young lady helping peaked around the corner and then the baker came out and you could tell they were having some issues. Got to watch her wave her arms around at him as he grew irritated. All the while she had my basic ass bagel with plain cream cheese. It's what I order, technically... but for a company that says, "nothing beats a good schmear" I've seen better schmears on a child's finger painting project. Then I paid for it! That's my bad... how is a plain bagel with plain cream cheese $5? $5?!?! Freakin crazy. This was not a good experience. I will NOT be coming to this Noah's or any other ever again.

Delicious bagels! Come on Monday as they offer a big discount on a dozen bagels. I loved the bagel sandwich with Swiss cheese, egg and ham on a sesame bagel. Friendly staff and the place is tidy

So what better place to dine in to celebrate out 2nd Year Wedding Anniversary at The Hideout Kitchen :) We went for dinner. Our server was KEVIN. Simply...HE IS JUST AWESOME. He knows the menu, he knows the history, and has amazing stories to share with everyone. Great guy. A lot of people there that night seemed to be celebrating something. The noise was a bit loud that I felt I had to almost yell to have a conversation with my husband. But the vibe was great. I enjoyed looking around at the decor. We ordered: - TRUFFLE FRIES for appetizers - I loved everything about it. haha. Tastey! - linguine & clams - I ordered this. It was good. However, I felt it was way oily. And after every bite I took, I had to wipe my mouth. And I accidentally spilled oil on my shirt. - PASTA ALLA CARBONE with steak - My husband enjoyed it and started to get full towards clearing out his bowl haha. - SCALLOPED POTATOES - I ordered a side of this. Definitely was not expecting to look the way it did, but I thought the presentation was beautiful. It was good; however, I was not a fan at how crunchy and hard the top first layer was. In a few areas, it was almost burnt. But I thought it was pretty good without the need for a type of sauce on the side. - For drinks, I had to Summer sangria and my husband had the Rumble in the Jungle. We enjoyed it. Definitely hit the spot. No complaints at all about these drinks. - And Kevin surprised us with a dessert to celebrate : Cranberry Bread Pudding. This was delicious. Very flavorful. I am not really into Cranberry, but this is definitely an exception. Loved the fruits on the side as well. The Hideout Kitchen will always have a place in our hearts. We will definitely come back. We still need to try this place out for Brunch. We need to try their UBE pancakes! hehehe. And thanks Kevin for being amazing that night!

Perhaps it was just me, but the menu didn't offer anything particularly exciting. We ordered the pork belly panini ($22) and a full wedge salad ($19). The pork belly had a crust that was nearly impossible to bite through, so I had to cut it off with a knife, leaving a thin layer of fat. The flavor was underwhelming as well. The blue cheese wedge salad had an unusual flavor that neither my wife nor I enjoyed, and we left most of it. Honestly, even Outback does a better job with their wedge salad. The Parmesan fries were the one standout. The beer selection was quite limited, although they did have a Dustbowl Taco Truck, which is a nice option. A few more beer choices would have been appreciated. On a positive note, Kary provided good service, and we appreciated her attentiveness. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience, and with so many great restaurants in town, I'm not sure we'd return. I do miss the old Cooperage that used to be here; we always enjoyed it much more.

They have a fairly good selection on the menu (lots of sweet options and lots of savory; also a lot of drinks, coffees, and mimosas too). I definitely appreciate the options for flights/tasting plates. My party had trio of pancakes and I was very tempted to do a coffee flight as well. So solid 4 stars for ambience and service. But the food was largely unimpressive, despite looking amazing. Definitely 5 stars for presentation tho. I had the green chilaquiles....the green sauce was very bland and the eggs were also unflavorful. I also tried the following pancakes: s'mores, lemon blueberry, cookie butter, and chocolate chip. The s'mores looked the best but the chocolate chip tasted the best. I also tried the steak frites which were also just sort of okay. Overall food was 3-4 stars. I think next time I need to try the Bombay scramble bc I have a feeling that's amazing. Fingers crossed!

When we arrive, we checked in, and then it took a while for the waitress to check in on us. It took even longer for our food to arrive after we ordered. I ordered the melon mimosa and the breakfast nachos. I was really looking forward to the breakfast nachos because they sounded like they would be spicy with the chorizo and salsa. Unfortunately, I had to add a whole bunch of hot sauce to make it taste better but I still couldn't believe that the chorizo didn't taste like anything so much so that my five-year-old was able to eat it without saying that it had any iota of spice in it. The Melin mimosa was a nice treat with a pineapple juice and the blue sugar rim, and it tasted just as good as it looked.

We just wanted a drink because we had heard about the good reviews on this restaurant. We walked inside, asked to sit at a bar & got asked to show our ID's and so we did and got seated at a bar. Then the bartender asked to provide our ID's AGAIN & he walked off with them. He had our ID's for 10 minutes (maybe more) and had 2-3 other people crowding around him. He later came up to us & said he is not able to serve both of us because he couldn't tell if my cousin's ID is real or fake, even the other employees were STRUGGLING to read an out of state ID. He had explained to us how a customer came in with a fake id recently and got too drunk & cops had to be involved so he is not trying to make that same mistake with my cousin. We had tried asking him for other options & even said she had a photo scan of her passport but he said he isn't able to check it either. Another 10 minutes pass and no one approaches us, we get the attention of some manager looking guy to try and get her ID checked one more time but he said "If the bartender said he can't, then he is not gonna serve you guys". We get the bartender's attention once again & we begged him to check one more time because we really wanted a good experience and a fun night. He cut us off & said "I would love to serve you guys & I don't want to lose money" and some fat blonde lady with an accent who works there was about to talk back to us but I interrupted them both & said "Well you're losing money" and left with my cousin INSANELY upset & disappointed. It was her last night here before she had to fly back home to vegas. We later went to Stereo41 where the Bartender was actually smart & said my cousin's ID is real & served us drinks. Shame that our first AND last time was disappointing.

Breakfast won. I met up with a friend here and I'll admit I was a little hesitant at first. I'm not a huge fan of overly sugary breakfasts, and for some reason I had it in my head that this was more of an Asian-fusion breakfast spot, which isn't really my thing. I was wrong. I ordered the Mexican scramble and it was pretty good. I will say it could have used some more seasonings and sabor especially for being a Mexican scramble. Mmm and how bout some cotija?? Huge portion, however and the hash browns were exactly how I like them; crispyyyy. Obviously I also ordered an espresso martini because... you know me. And my friend and I decided to share the Biscoff pancake. OMG. Listen. I woke up Sunday morning legitimately wondering if they would remember me if I came back two days in a row because I wanted that damn pancake again. It was THAT good. And this is coming from someone who doesn't even really like super sweet breakfast foods or Biscoff for that matter. Fluffy pancake, Biscoff drizzle, cookie crumbles, fruit, butter, syrup on the side... whewww. I'ma need another one this week. My only minor annoyance was the waitlist situation. I put our name down and was told about 10 minutes (they dont take reservations), so we walked around the shops next door. I gave them my phone number AND corrected/confirmed it twice, plus I received the initial text verifying I was on the waitlist. After about 15 minutes with no call or text, I finally walked back over to check. The hostess said, "Oh, we called you." Girl... where?! No missed call, no text, nothing. Thankfully I checked back in instead of continuing to browse. Once we were seated though, everything was great. Our server was hella funny and had us cracking up; especially when my friend ordered a scramble and then started asking how the eggs would be cooked and whether it even came with eggs. Sir was basically like... ma'am, you ordered a SCRAMBLE. LMAOOOO The whole vibe was on point. Music was perfect, decor was fun, everything was clean, and it actually felt like you were hanging out at a Breakfast Club. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised to find this vibe in Lafayette. The area needed a little unstuffing and The Breakfast Club understood the assignment. I'll definitely be back, mainly because that Biscoff pancake and I have unfinished business!
