Noah's New York Bagels is a decent stop if you're in the area. The staff was friendly, even though the service felt a little slow and not the most attentive during our visit. There tables inside and outsid The bagels themselves were tasty, but not quite as chewy or fresh as some of the other local spots I usually go to. Overall, it's a convenient option and still enjoyable, just not my top choice when I'm really craving freshed-baked bagels. They have a big menu (too many options) with lots of options like egg sandwiches (Bacon & Cheddar or Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar), the Nova Lox bagel, avocado toast, and options like muffins and cinnamon rolls. Even after giving them multiple chances after the health department shut them down, they use rock hard avocado on an overpriced bagel sandwich on my last visit. Gave them another opportunity today and decided to try to order using their app. The app repeatedly errored while trying to place my order, charged me twice and never transmitted my order to the store. It was a bagel and coffee kind of day. I'm always glad when I get out of work early and I can get to Noah's before they close. Arissa was the best part of the visit today. She went that extra mile for me with my coffee order and turned ordinary into awesome. Let's face it, even though Noah's bagels are really good, you can get a bagel and coffee almost anywhere. So when you get great customer service on top of great food, it's a double win. The pumpernickel is very good. They put just enough schmear to not overpower the bagel but still feel like they were generous. I got a free iced coffee with purchase when using the app so why not, right? Bagels are good BUT first time being there, the black lady cashier was super rude, started calling me names and it being my first time i didnt know what to get so i told her what she would recommend, ignored my question and she gave me 2 eggs when i didnt ask for it. Just to overcharge me, my friends bagel was $7 and mine came out to $9 then tp finish this, they called my name to get my bagel and she proceeded to call me again by the names she was calling me. Rude Staff, Disappointing Experience - We Won't Be Back Rude Staff, Disappointing Experience - We Won't Be Back My 14-year-old son had a discouraging experience at Noah's NY Bagels in Camarillo. He ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and waited. When a staff member put a bagel on the counter and vaguely called out "plain bagel with cheese" (without a name), he assumed it was his. As he was leaving, the employee rudely stopped him, saying it wasn't his order. He politely apologized and returned it. Another customer told him it was fine to take, as it was an extra he'd ordered. My son said thank you and tried to leave again, only to be scolded by the employee, who said, "Your order's not ready yet." After finally handing him his order, she muttered loudly, "Kids nowadays don't listen," clearly for him and others to hear. He was quiet the rest of the way to school and didn't even eat the bagel. My wife later went back to return the extra and speak to the employee--who then told her to "get out of her store" instead of calmly resolving the issue. We've taught our son to be respectful, and he was. Sadly, the employee handled a minor misunderstanding with unnecessary attitude and public shaming. Reading other reviews, it's clear we're not the only ones who've had issues with the same staff member. My family and I will not be returning. Customer service, especially in the early morning when people are just starting their day, should be welcoming--not confrontational. read more

I used to enjoy going to Noah's, but the inconsistency is pretty horrible, especially here. During my last visit, it seems like only 1/3 of customers were even acknowledged. I clearly had a trainee or a new employee helping me, but there was no greeting, zero customer service and he kept making mistakes. It was so bad 4 customers behind me ordered, paid and got their orders before mine was even charged! I ordered a lox and cream cheese bagel, but was charged for selecting the type of bagel $2 up-charge, which had never happened before, and a combo (I didn't discover this until well after I left). I'm charged the combo yet was never offered if I wanted chips or whatever. I also did order a pretzel/salt bagel with cream cheese as a backup. The employee admitted to making multiple mistakes while trying to ring up my order, which it happens and no big deal. However, he has to have another employee to login so he can actually process the order, but finds a mistake and has to go to the other register. At this point it's a 2:1 ratio of orders being processed and then the credit card swiped wasn't working on his machine (probably because of the login issues). Eventually it gets handled , but now (4) customers who were behind me have gotten their orders rang up before mine creating a 4:1 ratio. As I'm waiting, a total of 6 people who ordered after me or barely before me all got their orders. I eventually leave and enjoy the lox and cream cheese bagel before work...well "enjoy" is a huge stretch. Probably the worst lox and cream cheese I've ever had in my life with barely any salmon on it & the entire bagel falling apart. They cut it in half, didn't do that last time, and it wasn't even edible. I literally threw away 3/4's of my bagel away because it tasted so bad. Had I not ordered a salt/pretzel bagel as a backup I would've wasted my entire breakfast. Later on I discovered my receipt and noticed the overcharge with a Sesame Bagel of $2 and being charged with a combo for the Lox and Cream Cheese. I did the Noah's survey and despite filling it out 72hrs ago, NO ONE from corporate or the store has reached out. Definitely avoid Noah's and THIS location altogether. read more

Having family over for a Sunday bagel brunch. Needed a varied bakers dozen. Called in the order. They had it ready for pick up when they promised. They call their salted bagel a pretzel bagel. Maybe it has a little less salt than what I know as a classic salted bagel but other wise the same. quite good. In fact all of the bagels were quite good. Definitely my go to bagel source from now on. Only gripe - their web site is not as user friendly as it could be (hence the loss of one star). We found we couldn't place the order on line - hence the call in for the order. read more

Love Noah's. The attitude of the staff, especially at the register, is A+. I don't eat pork so it can be a challenge finding breakfast proteins. Noah's has a turkey sausage that makes such a difference in the number of choices. I'm never made to feel like an inconvenience with customization. (THANK YOU) Managers and employees alike are also quick to correct any mistakes. Vibe is casual and it's definitely a spot you grab and go, although I have seen the occasional few folks at the tables outside. Their Lox bagel is out of this world and Nova lox is my favorite. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is that there are pretty consistent errors in orders. I would highly recommend verifying accuracy before leaving. However, they do a phenomenal job of rectifying those errors. I look forward to returning soon for more tasty breakfast sandos. read more
