Hey, its a sandwich! The restaurant was clean, the staff was fast and friendly. I got the mini Club sandwich, some little cookies . They have a point system, and I got one of my sandwich meals for free! Good job. read more

Don't bother asking/paying for extra meat...they dont give it even when you pay for it!! No only that they just blow it off when you pay for Jalapeno Chips and don't get them. What kind of business is that??? I'm going to Subway instead!! read more

I ate my sandwich so quickly it was that good.. so that's why there's no picture. But I had to come and say how incredible my experience was today. I'm still in the restaurant as I type this out! The young lady helping my mom and I today 10/10 at 2:00-2:25pm was awesome, so kind, friendly and excited to help us order. I loved her enthusiasm and efficiency. Our sandwiches turned out PERFECT. So delicious!!! Such a clean and warm environment this establishment has, probably my favorite Jersey Mikes in Ventura County! read more

I recently moved close to this location and was excited until I was no longer excited due to the rude staff. I placed an order online today specifying extra mayo and pickles. Pretty easy, right? Why was my sandwich pretty much dry with three pickles on it? I called and spoke to a manager on duty and he suggested that I come in to pick up sides of the missing mayo and pickles. Are you kidding me? Also, when I walked in, there were two girls at the register and neither of them felt the need to greet me. My order was set on the counter and no thank you either. Entitled much? I can think of many other local sandwich shops that I can frequent and spend close to $16 for a sandwich and be treated much better. I feel like some employees have forgotten the fact that the reason they have a job is because of their customers. Never a problem when I used to go to the Newbury Park location. Do better. You just lost a customer. read more

Of all the sub shops in the area, this is the WORST I've ever had!! Which is really sad because the location is within walking distance from my home in Camarillo and the really GREAT one is 25 miles away in Ventura where we always went before our Law School class across the street. I ordered one ham and Ham & Provolone Sub on Wheat Bread and one chicken & Provolone Sub on Wheat Bread - when I got home, I discovered there was only about 3 oz of very thinly sliced ham ... if you could call whatever it was "ham" that had very little taste at ALL and hardly any veggies to select from and NO additional oil or spices to add.... only a slab of mayo! The bread was stale - then soggy. The staff seemed to be very busy even though there were only 2 people in the place, felt as if they just couldn't be "bothered" to talk to the customers. Guess I'll be going to Subway... can't walk there, but I'd rather drive the extra 2 miles than go to this OVERPRICED - HORRIBLE place! Maybe they'd like to REFUND my $25.00 for the 2 subs I paid for? read more

Walked out again due to their inconsistency and repeatedly providing bad service. Went into today 8/21/2026 at about 4:45 to get a regular #7 on white. They were a little backed up due to online orders, but I didn't mind the short wait. After ordering I see the associate pull out the turkey for my sandwich which was the last 1/2 thick piece of the original turkey loaf. She proceeded to slice it and gave me the same amount of slices (5) as they would have on a new loaf. When the turkey has only about 1/2 inch left it's about 50% the size of the new loaf. So with that said you should be doubling up on the amount of slices to make up the difference. I was willing to just bite my tongue and accept the smaller portion until mid-way through making my sandwich she walks over to the prep board and proceeds to scrape all of the scraps off the board with the same gloves she's making my sandwich. Doesn't bother to use the scraper or have the person manning the prep station clean it off, but then returns to making my sandwich. This has happened not once before with the small portions and cross contamination, not twice, but so many times I've filled complaints with the Ventura county food inspector. Management is non existent at this location and I've never received a response from them or corporate. Your associates need to be aware that customers are standing right in front of you and while the saying ignorance is bliss may apply at other establishments, when you see this lack of attention right in front of you, it's not very appealing. Warning to other patrons, this location will cut all corners to make a profit while simultaneously short changing their customers and put them at risk. read more

This Jersey Mike's is hidden. However I like the quietness of it. Evan was really polite and friendly and greeted me on arrival. I will frequent this one more. Store was cleaned and all 3 employees were engaged doing something not just standing around. I will frequent this location more often. I wasn't too hungry so I grabbed a mini turkey and provolone on white bread Mike's way. read more

I haven't been going to Jersey Mike's for years, I love all their sandwiches. Today I had to place an order for a work thing. And unfortunately, I had an issue and I needed help with my order and George who I believe was the manager, was super understanding and absolutely amazing when handling my issue. I will come back to this Jersey Mike's all the time just for the amazing Customer Service. read more

Price service and food are all great here. That's all you can ask for from a fast food spot

The whole family( some very picky) love Jersey Mike's. We all have our favorites and they are always made the way we love them. Pick up or delivery work great and quickly. Friendly helpful staff. I didn't mention ambiance only because we usually eat our order at home. It's clean and bright and always seems to be enough seating. I think most people take out because it's so easy read more

It seems to be part of the JM customer service playbook that staff should be cool and distant. I don't need the people making me lunch to be my friend, but it would be nice if they could acknowledge that I am standing there, a human being, saying words that have a meaning that could use a response. I sat there eating my lunch & watched the staff do to every person who entered what they did to me: perfunctory greeting, perfunctory service, utter disinterest in whatever anyone says. I was greeted with a genuine smile by the person who pulled the bread, but the other THREE staff members that I interacted with were like robots. Dear JM Customer Service Director: please remind your staff that customers are not the same as staff members. They are not there to buy a "7" or a "13", but to buy a "turkey sandwich" or an "Italian sub". So, barking at them, "Is this the 7?" is neither helpful nor welcoming. As soon as there were no customers at the counter, the staff became suddenly animated and chatty - with each other. They chatted about plans after work, school, sports teams. Then a customer approached and they became robots again. Is this the 8? Not one said, "Enjoy your sandwich" or "Have a nice day!", not one responded to any customer's joke or pleasantry. The closest I got to a human, anticipatory comment was when the person at the register invited me to take any bag of chips because "they're all the same price" - I'm guessing that they get that question a lot & it's fair that they want to anticipate it, so the fact that it felt a bit "go way as fast as you can" can be forgiven. It was a decent lunch in keeping with the brand, overpriced as always, but the customer service was unwelcoming and repellent. I see from other reviews that the management of this shop responds to Yelp posts, but, as my profile suggests, I don't want to hear from them. Their job is to fix the problems, not make excuses for why the problems exist or to deny them. So, if you see a response here, it just shows that they don't know how to interact with customers as individual people. read more

Food was good Service was OK This is the second jersey Mike's that I've been to when it's a half an hour to closing time the workers are not very happy. I don't blame them. I'd wanna go home too, but if you're still open, you still need to work and you still need to satisfy your customers with a smile. that's how I feel so I give them three stars just because of that I was also disappointed that they were out of bread. They turned a few customers away because they ran out of bread. They said they were busy that day. I don't know why they were not prepared. This is Jersey Mike's come on they're a very popular sandwich spot. I also noticed that the two elder women that were in front of me very sweet ladies who were not told that they ran out of bread . They were just given wraps One of the ladies questioned the wraps and the server told her that's all that they had so the ladies took them. They probably should've told them before they had made the wraps. I could see that they weren't thrilled, but they took it. They were very sweet ladies. My bowl seven a tub was very good. The restaurant was clean read more

Fire service good customer service by two men will definitely come back sand which was fire

Absolutely the worst place to phone an order in. I literally have to call 20 times for someone to answer. Sometimes they don't answer and I just take my business to Nona's subs. They have missed out on my business a lot due to phone issues. read more

This is the second time I come in and the customer service disappointed again. No "hello" "welcome" instead "what can I get you" My sandwiches were not "mikes way" they were missing the sauces and seasonings. The portobello mushroom sandwich was made very lazy and plain. So sad to have to take this location off my go to list. read more

They offer curbside pickup. I parked and checked in. Message: We're working on your order and will bring it out as soon as it's ready." Waited 15 minutes and checked in again. Received similar message. Waited 10 minutes and tried calling. No one answered. After 35 minutes total, I went in and got it and was told that they are "really slammed - sorry". I have no complaints about this location. I love my Turkey provolone... yum. I always ask for the oils /vinegar on the side since I like my bread to not get mushy. I have never had to wait more than the appropriate time. I also like getting their - " Buy one Giant Sub get the other free ." Or "Buy one get one Half off." read more

Came here for my lunch break on my way to Ventura. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was delicious!! Toward the end of enjoying the last bites of my sandwich, I noticed a hair sticking out. I pulled it from the sandwich. And placed it onto the wrapper. I don't care to be "that guy", but this was near the end of enjoying my eats. In the end, the workers there were super polite and apologetic about the occurrence. My sandwich was replaced. Sucks when something like this happens, but it's going to happen sooner or later. I would come back again just because of how awesome the staff was. read more

Shout out to the JM staff for working their buts off today (Fathers Day) - they were swamped! Love the sub in a tub...sometimes no bread is good. The kids at this location are always nice even when they are slammed.

Husband likes this place I refuse to ever go in there again. Nothing but aggravation when he places an online order for me to pick up. If I show up can you start making my sandwich? Instead a parade of new people walk in and leave YeAh 45-50 minutes to make it Quicker to wait in line But attitude is messed up Like ten people walked in after I was there and they all pay and leave with their sandwich ??? Too aggravating for words Never going there again read more

I'm confused by some of these negative reviews. Perhaps I'm just lucky or maybe it's because I typically will try to call my order in or Doordash but I've been very satisfied with the sandwiches I get here. So satisfied that I'm embarrassed to say I had them multiple times this week. Bread always tastes fresh, quality meats and I haven't had anything wrong with my orders. They do get very busy at peak periods so giving them a heads up by calling or even better placing your order online helps you skip the line. read more

I'm a huge Jersey Mikes fan. My experience w this location has always been pick up. Meals are always wonderful. I recently tried the bowl version and it was amazing. (Beyond the jalepenos - those pieces are way too large to be enjoyable in my opinion.) I love their rewards program and try to take advantage of the coupons sent when I can. I think the staff in Thousand Oaks is much more friendly than this location but they aren't bad. The TO staff is welcoming and excited to be at work therefore my review is 4 stars. read more

i don't typically go to sandwich shops because i hate to say this but jimmy johns and subway are trash. The sandwich here was so flavorful the meat was fresh and juicy on every bite and you can tell it wasn't rushed and thrown together. you can taste the freshness of the rosemary bread and the bacon wasn't under cooked and they put the perfect ratio of olive oil vinegar. it was so juicy! Food was good. It's currently 90 degrees outside and it's probably over 100 degrees inside the store. No air conditioning and no ventilation of any kind!
