Texas brisket egg sandwich.
John F.

I usually come here for bagels but today I wanted the Texas brisket egg sandwich. I enjoy having brisket, egg,and cheese on bagel ! This is a delicious hearty sandwich. I ordered through the app and it was ready when I arrived no waiting in line.

I haven't been to Noah's in a few years so I was excited to go. I took my daughter for the first time, the selections are endless seems like. I was so undecided on what I wanted so I went with the bacon avocado egg sandwich but said no egg. Omg, I got literally 1 piece of bacon in the half that I bit into. My daughter went with the avocado bagel with bacon. I had no idea the bacon would be a separate charge of 2.29! Then I got 2 bagels to go, the jalapeño was more like thin hallow bread once it got cut, not a think regular bagel. Let's just say I'm not enthusiastic anymore about Noah's bagels.

Staff is nice but this is crazy

Noah needs to reflect on these bagels honestly. Staff are nice for the most part, Gina is always helpful and kind . But what kind of bagel even is this honestly.

Roasted tomato SAUCE!
Amy Z.

I've been coming to this location for many years now. I've never had any issues until last week. I ordered 2 bagels online. When I went to pick them up, I asked if I can have a side of the roasted tomato sauce that is put on my bagel. (I've done this MANY times and the workers have ALWAYS given it to me with NO ISSUE!) Not this time though. I asked the older lady whom apparently is the store manager, if I can have a side of the sauce. She say's that I had to pay for it. I said that it was fine. I walk over to the register and she tells the woman at the register to charge me for cream cheese. I said "why are you charging me for cream cheese when I'm not purchasing cream cheese?" The manager says that if I wanted it, I had to pay for it. I said "yes but you're charging me for cream cheese, I'm not buying cream cheese!" Anyway she wanted me to pay $3.80 for a small side of sauce! I told her no that I wasn't paying for something that I'm not buying. Charge for a side of sauce not cream cheese. I have attached an image of what she was trying to charge me $3.80 for.

We had two kids in our group, which can sometimes be tricky when dining out, but everyone absolutely loved it! We chose to sit outside, and it was beautiful on a warm day. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, the service was attentive and friendly, and the food did not disappoint. Everything came out fresh and delicious, and we never felt rushed. It made for such a nice family outing, and I'd definitely recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. We'll for sure be coming back!

There is no one in the place, there are four (high school aged) workers behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute. Not one came over to me. I moved over and got one of their attention since they were not going to come and assist (because you know, they were busy goofing off - there was no adult there). The order was NOT ready in fact, they didn't even make the fries. So they started the fries and I stood there while they were cooked. Why did you tell us it was ready when it wasn't remotely ready? I got my order and left, got home and realized the burrito wasn't there. I went all the way back and they said "we refunded the burrito, it's only served for breakfast" First off the menu does not say this. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off. The people at the store there couldn't give a flying yahoo when I voiced my displeasure. The last couple times we've been here the service was almost non-existent and the orders are always messed up. And this was the last time. Management will read this and just laugh. They could not care at all. Time for poorly run businesses like this to be done.

Love seeing this spot so lively! Both visits were for apps and sips, but I did notice they added more dishes and variety to the menu for lunch/dinner options. Friendly service, fun atmosphere, and also different rooms within the space pending what your feeling ~ the bar area for drinks/apps, the restaurant space if wanting to truly sit down and have that type of intimate environment too. The Pear Salad has always been my go-to, and happy it's still on the menu. Chopped lettuce, gorgonzola crumbles, candied walnuts, champagne vinaigrette, and pear slices. I also enjoyed the Cheese Please for sharing, which comes with toast, three different cheeses, dried cranberries, pears, candied walnuts, and olives. Can you sense the pear theme? We were heading to a play at the Pinole Community Playhouse (walkable & across the street), but check out Pear Street's fun happy hours, events, and weekly specials. Plenty of restaurant parking in the back too.

One of our party members ordered the Rum Punch. It was overly sweet. Another ordered a drink that was not great at all, sent it back.. only to be told that they do not take back drinks, but made an exception that time. However, if the drink is made wrong or disgusting.. there shouod be understanding around that. We ordered the bottomless Mimosas. It seemed like it was difficult to get a grenadine on the side because I had to constantly ask for it. We had to talk to the manager because our waitress was not consistent with the pouring of bottomless. We lost about 30 to 45 mins of time because of it. The manager understood and granted us more time. I also did not like that fact that our finished plate sat on the table way longer than what they should have. Maybe the waiter was overwhelmed or overworked.

Hidden gem in El Sobrante that serves up some of the best Laotian and Thai food in the Bay Area…read more Every time we visit, must-orders are the Nam Khao (crispy rice ball salad with fermented pork sausage and fresh herbs) and Ka Soy (Laotian noodle soup). If you see Nam Khao on the menu of a Laotian/Thai restaurant, that means they know what they are doing just because it's so labor-intensive to make a salad(!) and the fermented pork has to be damn-near perfect for this salad to really shine and round out the fresh herbs and seasonings which includes lime juice, vinegar, and fish sauce. Ka Soy (the noodle soup) is a comfort food enjoyed in Southeast Asia. It's not the Thai-style where it's a curry broth and the noodles are fried, so let's not get it mixed up. Instead, it's bone broth that been simmered for hours and it's somewhat a lighter broth. The noodles are wide rice noodles in a big bowl of hot broth served with a mixture of ground pork cooked down with tomatoes along with fresh bean sprouts, scallions, and cilantro - simply a divine noodle soup that a must-try. It's not overly complex in terms of flavor, but it's a bowl of good ol' noodle soup that is comforting and great-tasting. If you haven't tried Laotian food, give Sue's Kitchen a try. try some new flavors and you may just become a regular (if you aren't already). The owners are friendly too!
