I found Noah's through Yelp and came because of the proximity and good reviews. I needed to get my car inspected to renew my sticker and it took about 30 minutes. I didn't need an appointment and drove in and got the inspection. I called one other inspection place and they are all the same price, so you should come here to get your car inspected if you live nearby! They noticed a scrape on my car on the rear passenger side, and gave me a quote for that at the end of check out. I thought it was smart of them to try to reel me in for more of their business! I might use them in the future for that side repair. They answered all the questions I had patiently and were informative. The waiting room is quite small, maybe 8 chairs. There were 2 other people in there with me and we were pretty cozy. There is a TV so you can watch, as well as water. read more

Exceeded my expectations! As a young female, I am very hesitant to visit the mechanic. My jeep quit running after hurricane Harvey & I had no idea why. Turns out it was my fuel pump. They are super friendly, the service is fast, and they're open later than most other shops in the med center which is really helpful. I showed up yesterday on Memorial Day and didn't realize the shop was closing early, which was totally fine and understandable. While in Houston for a family member undergoing cancer treatment, thieves attempted to steal the catalytic converters off my truck in the middle of the night. They only succeeded in cutting through one part of the exhaust pipe. Although Noah's gave me an advance estimate is what I was charged , I was very tired after being awoken by the police in the middle of the night. I didn't notice that they had charged $100 labor for installing a new O2 sensor, when there was virtually 2 minutes incremental time on top of the $200 labor for welding the exhaust pipe. Virtually all the labor associated with the repair was for the exhaust pipe. Incrementally installing the O2 sensor after the exhaust pipe was on the bench in front of them being welded should have taken 2 minutes maximum. I asked for a refund of the $100 labor for the O2 sensor which I'm confident is what it would have cost if the O2 was replaced and no other work on that part of the exhaust was being performed. I called them and discussed this concern with them and they advised they would discuss it with the owner and would call me back later in the day. I never heard back. Regardless of their decision, if I had heard back from them, I wouldn't have written a negative review. I've been under a lot of stress over the vandalism and the care of my family member being treated for cancer. A simple call back or text would have made big difference in my feelings about the experience. read more

So my wife isn't the best driver, she hopped a curb and the driver's side rocker panel fell off. I was planning to take her car to a body shop to have it repaired but she insisted on taking it to Noah's Auto Care. I knew she went to Noah's Auto Care for oil changes, state inspections, brake pads replacement, and headlight fixtures, but I didn't know they do auto body repair? She corrected me and stated they did. I called Noah's Auto Care, a receptionist picked up within 2 rings and confirmed that they do auto body repair, I was given an appointment for the next day at 9AM. I would advised to call and make an appointment just to secure a slot as this place can get busy. The owner even gave out a number where I can text him pictures of the damages of the car and ask additional questions. Great form of communication provided by Noah's Auto Care that I have never been offered at any car shop. The next morning I checked in at Noah's Auto Care, the guy working in the front knew exactly why I was there in references of the notes written by the receptionist yesterday when the appointment was scheduled. I waited in their waiting room while watching "Good Morning America" and sipping on chilled water that is readily available with clean cups. As I was waiting, a maid service lady came in and started vacuuming then wiping down all tables, chairs, door knobs, etc. This is my FIRST time seeing a cleaning service at a mechanic/body shop. I must say I was impressed how they were doing their due diligence of implementing COVID standards to stop spreading the virus. My wife's car was ready in about 35 minutes. When I looked at her car, you would have never known the side rocker panel fell off. Shout out to Mohammad from Noah's Auto Care who did an amazing job at reconstructing it back on! From my experiences at Noah's Auto Care, I felt everyone I encountered were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and HONEST. It's refreshing to see that those people still exist nowadays. It is so convenient to go to Noah's Auto Care that serves not only a car mechanic but also an auto body repair shop. Typically, I take my car to the dealership because I have found many mechanics who were scammers and dishonest. My car was experiencing A horrible noise and I brought it in to Noah's. Mohammad diagnosed the problem and installed a new drive shaft for me. The noise was fixed and I was happy with the price, but a little over a week later the new drive shaft gave out on me while I was driving. Mohammad connected me with his go to tow driver and had my car brought back to his shop. He stood by his work and fixed the problem again with no charge that same day. When my car failed its annual inspection they made every attempt to get to the root cause of the problem and were able to fix it, and without an extra charge. On another occasion, they actually fixed what a previous mechanic ("Auto Care" somewhere in "Midtown") had failed to do, which was tighten the oil filter and rear struts, after respective replacements, which may have been a dishonest way to lure customers back to the same mechanic ("Midtown"). Lastly, to be honest, the waiting room and shopfront is nothing elaborate, though it is very clean, but I am not there to hang out and loiter anyway. I found Noah Auto Care on Yelp when I needed help with a tire that likely had a puncture in it letting out all of the air. I called them on my lunch break and they told me to come in whenever I could. After arriving I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and after filling out the new customer information my car was quickly taken back. After less than a half hour Mohammed the mechanic comes out and informs me that there was a puncture and that he was able to patch it up. They let me go shortly after and I made it back to work in time. I was so thankful they were able to take me on such short notice. Not very knowledgeable about cars. Took three days to give me the first quote, the next day the quote went from $500 to 700. The next day the quote was over $900! Then I had to get my father to call (he is a mechanic) and talk to them because I thought maybe it was them taking advantage of me as a young woman. They told me the price change was because it was a 'dealer only part' and I took less than a minute and found the part on Rock Auto for a fraction of the price they quoted me. If I had just accepted, I would've paid more than double what I should've. Through a ton of argument and explicitly telling them what they needed to fix the car (despite not even being able to see it) we got the price back down to $520, but it was a ridiculous experience and either underhanded, inept, or both. read more
