I arrived one minute before they closed, I hade a trailer full of steel and a truck full of copper…read moreand brass. They opened the gate for the drive on scales and this started the adventure, I weighed in and I went and dumped the steel, ran back around and weighed again, now on to weigh the other metals. Now remember this was one minute before closing. The gentleman came over and started weighing all the other metals that I brought, finally done, elapsed time 45 minutes past closing, paid on-site and on my way. Talk about customer service! This company rocks! Remember 1 minute before closing! Thank you!

I am a lead technician for a local hvac and low temp mechanical company…read more I sent one of our apprentices here with accumulated scrap from jobs because it was close in proximity and on a Saturday. They paid only for steel pricing because a small condensing unit and air handler had steel caging on the units. However, there was also some raw copper and motors that this place refused to separate and pay as such. We will not being any business with this company moving forward as this is complete laziness and a rip off. We normally use Deer Valley recycling located on I-17 and Deer Valley rd because they are honest and will weigh everything separately and pay accordingly. Also a lot less junkies with shopping carts etc at Deer Valley. Don't waste your time with revolutionized recycling, they will rip you off and treat you like a crack head.

I was looking for a recycling center that accepts soda cans, soda glass bottles and plastic water…read morebottles. This place only accepted my soda cans. They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

This past Saturday morning, Pinks Junk Removal sent two stalwart movers, Jay and Theo, as…read morerequested. It was a superb experience. They called ahead to say they were on their way and showed up at the agreed upon time and got right to work. I had tried to clearly identify what junk and yard waste I wanted removed but due to old age, couldn't mark everything well. They walked the yard and garage with me to scope out what needecd to be done. They are clearly intelligent and cleaned it all up - even the non-marked stuff. There was no need for me to hover over their efforts. They quickly and efficiently loaded their truck to cart it all away. These two men were more than competent, strong, knowledgable (they informed me of the other services their company provides) and pleasant! I urge others to contact Pinks Junk Removal or Pinks Moving to help get ready for a relocation or major clean-up. The cost was reasonable and the service level is very high. - They are insured and bonded also. I plan on contacting them again for solutions and muscle. David O

We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.
