I arrived one minute before they closed, I hade a trailer full of steel and a truck full of copper and brass. They opened the gate for the drive on scales and this started the adventure, I weighed in and I went and dumped the steel, ran back around and weighed again, now on to weigh the other metals. I am a lead technician for a local hvac and low temp mechanical company. I sent one of our apprentices here with accumulated scrap from jobs because it was close in proximity and on a Saturday. They paid only for steel pricing because a small condensing unit and air handler had steel caging on the units. However, there was also some raw copper and motors that this place refused to separate and pay as such. We will not being any business with this company moving forward as this is complete laziness and a rip off. We normally use Deer Valley recycling located on I-17 and Deer Valley rd because they are honest and will weigh everything separately and pay accordingly. Also a lot less junkies with shopping carts etc at Deer Valley. Don't waste your time with revolutionized recycling, they will rip you off and treat you like a crack head. read more

Horrible place...every time I go here I get shorted on weight exspecially on brass and copper. Besides the fact they don't know what there doing when it comes to sorting metal. It's a scrap yard you would think they would know the difference between white brass and aluminium, or maybe they know exactly what there doing.so watch out for them trying trying to pay you aluminium prices for your white brass and then short you on your weight....tried to complain but trust me you won't get anywhere! I have been to this scrapyard a few times, and the owner Henry is just the nicest guy in the world. His office personnel are very efficient, polite, and helpful. His guys outside are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and always helping people like me that don't exactly know how to separate my stuff. They don't get mad when they help they just do it. Their prices are right, payout is fast, and again all the staff are wonderful people. I'd recommend this place to anyone turning in scrap metal. If your looking for competitive prices, quick drop off, friendly people, and a clean run facility this place is it. I won't go anywhere else anymore. The other places I've been the staff are cold, mean, and don't care they'll not help you and pay the lowest price they can and cheat you out of your money. Again, try this place, convenience, location, staff are on point 100% i love this place. I had some scrap metal hanging around the garage and decided to found a spot to recycle it. It was fairly easy to figure out the process for trading scrap metal for a little cash. It's nice to have an option other than throwing stuff in the trash. I'll be back if ever I have more junk to recycle. read more

I brought a small box of miscellaneous scrap metal in today,,,I peeked in the gates and saw how clean the yard was I pulled right in with my Mercedes Benz convertible,,,didn't need to worry about a flat tire at this clean scrap yard,,,the scaleman at the nonferrous scale dumped my box of metal and then started sorting it into the different categories,,he even removed a few small steel screws from a brass faucet so it would pass as clean yellow brass,,really pleasant and accurate,,I inquired why the workers were transferring aluminum Cans from drums to plastic bags but he was busy with many customers so I never got an answer,,a great experience and brought back fond memories to this retired guy as I worked in a scrap yard for 38 years! read more

Arrived on a Saturday morning about 10am to recycle some aluminum from a home renovation. They helped me unload it from my pickup and placed it on a small scale. Was quite busy and I had to wait about 5 minutes for the scale and another 5 minutes to get paid in cash. You need to provide a photo ID to helpfully prevent serial thieves from cashing in stolen goods. Note, for over $300 they pay by check. read more

My only gripe is they don't understand that some lower grade stainless steels are slightly magnetic and higher grades aren't. A magnet shouldn't be the only determining factor. That means they'll consider the lower grade steel which is a huge price difference customer beware. read more

Do not waste your time going here. I would give them zero stars if I could. They gave me false information on the phone, then I arrived to being ignored, then rudeness, and them tapping on a sign, like I couldn't read. The sign said open until 12:00, I was there at 11:40. They just blew me off and acted like I was being ignorant. In addition, the web page says they are open until 1pm. A rinky dink, joke of an operation. And you can bet there is no way they give you a good price, or a fair shake. This place is a mess, from top to bottom. Don't bother. read more
