Today I arrive with a trailer and wait 5 minutes for scale to clear then i waited another 10 minutes to try and get my weigh in. at that point i backed out and left. Trust in a true review and do not waste time as i have in the past. Simply put if you have a trailer do not go here there is no where to turn around anyway. The fast ha ha ha in fast cash dont think anything about this place is fast or normal operations more like a snail. reason for delay the cashier was to busy talking and laughing it up after the customer was paid with a homeless dude who brought 5 dollars of cans. If you knew how to fix computers(I do not) they have all the parts here, and the price is great. A really good thing that they do is hold events where you can bring all the items to a location for drop off and you do not even have to go to the Madison location. They do events for Schools , and the Boy Scouts, as well as other charites. I was glad to get rid of my things and not throw them in a land fill. Also batteries off all types. Easy to get to as well if you just want to drive over there.
