Police report filed! Do not use this moving company! I moved 3 units down the hallway and it took them over 6 hours. They also did not complete their job. Several of my belongings were left in the old unit. I also discovered that a lot of money was stolen from me. A police report was filed against the company. The manager refused refused to listen or help. I was charged $900 for an incomplete service in addition to being robbed. The crew was friendly and efficient. The move/job was severely underestimated by Anthony by almost $2,000! Turned into an 11 hour job for a 4000 Sq ft home that was 3/4 packed with a crew of 4 guys working their tails off! I think a crew of 6 would have cut down the time. Toward the end of the move day, crew was on burn out mode, as with everyone, and lots of items were just "thrown" into our garage like garbage. Had I known then what I known now, I would have continued shopping around! Also, tv's were supposed to be mounted at new place, never happened! 3 movers showed up I greeted them letting them know it was a GARAGE AND 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT they needed to move. The first 3 hours they moved as if it was their first day on a job finally finished the apartment and tried leaving my garage. We go down to the garage. The mover finally says well if you wanna pay all 3 of us the move will get done fast. So you sent me 3 men and 1 stood around for the first 3 hours supervising. Waste of money and time I could have done it myself cheaper and actually finished the job in one day. Half my garage is still left for myself to mover after paying over $900. They moved meticulously throughout the home to take care and not damage any walls, and they made sure to pack all items with care. Not a single broken item!!! They have the equipment to get the job done right. Including padding for our front door as to not damage while going in and out. I Had scheduled to have our furniture moved to install a new floor. The Scheduled time was for noon. I estimated they would be after noon assuming they would stop for lunch. At 2 I had not heard from them so I called and was told they were late and would be there in 30 minutes or so. By 4pm I called again and was told they were still at the other job but would be done soon. They said they were going to add an extra man at no charge. By 5 they finally called and said they were on the way to pick up the extra person and would be here soon. They arrived about 5;30. The job took about an hour or less. The guys did a great job worked efficiently and were very polite. Andrew who lead the team made sure they were careful and took control himself of the more delicate items. I would have liked them to be more proactive in calling me about the delays instead of me having to call them. read more

Anthony is one angry guy who will deny what he told you he would do, what he included in his confirmation order and the services he included on his invoice. in my case it was wardrobe boxes. He confirmed he would supply 3 in our initial discussion, in a follow up phone call a week before the move, and in the written agreement. No wardrobe boxes. The crate he supplies for "loose" items like the vacuum is woefully inadequate for hanging clothes. Although the movers had no boxes on the truck, he now said I would have to purchase my own at $30.00 each. my wardrobe was left behind. I've moved many many times. Asking Anthony to live up to the service he claims to provide is enough for him to start whining, denying, and bullying you. Anthony said he would meet me at my old house that I'm getting ready to sell to see about a drainage problem. He said he would meet me at 11 am after another 10 am quote. When he wasn't here at 11:15 pm I sent him a text and he said he was at another estimate that would take an hour. 2 hours for an estimate? At 12:15 I sent him another message, no response. I then sent him a message saying if he was going to be another 30 min I would run an errand. No response. I waited two hours altogether, no response. So basically he blew me off.
