We bought a prefabricated gazebo from Sam's Club and couldn't finish due to the summer being so bad, so once it was cool enough we started looking for someone to finish it because we lost the motivation to finish it ourselves LOL. Dean was able to finish it in about 7 hours BY HIMSELF which shocked us because we had 4 people put the frame together over 2 days. He was reasonably priced per hour compared to others who's whole business is to put pre-fabs together, yet wanted to charge their full price for BS reasons they claimed as potential "quality" or "liability" issues when half of the job was already put together. We'll be keeping him in our contacts for future projects!

John the Owner literally went the extra mile to take care of business with our situation…read more My wife and I bought some furniture in Glendale AZ. The store would not deliver the furniture because we are 375 miles away. We called many places to get prices for a delivery. ( ( EVERYONE WAS CHARGING TOO MUCH )) When finally John answered the phone and gave us great news . John offered to take the furniture to the UPS FREIGHT DIVISION to save us money . (( We never thought of that GREAT IDEA )) We asked John if we paid more, will he bring our furniture to us. We were afraid of possible damage to the furniture through UPS FREIGHT. He agreed to deliver to a location 375 miles away. Thats was the best personal service and customer care we could of hoped for. NOT A MARK OR SMUDGE ON OUR FURNITURE. We highly recommend John and his company. John's personal touch ,kindness and professionalism is what we were looking for and we are glad we found him on YELP. Before I get into my review, I just want to say I have not yet used them for a job…read more Now that's out of the way, I called based off the reviews from yelp. I am buying an oak dining table and chairs and was looking into refinishing whatever I get from a budget Craigslist purchase. I let the guy know my plan and he gave me a ball-park price. The reason I haven't used these guys is because I think it is beyond my budget for anyone to refinish what I want. He did describe the the process they do and what work would need to be done to do it properly. He was very knowledgeable with the questions I had and extremely patient. I want to say it again... he was super patient and helpful with all of my questions. I had a lot. That was even after he knew I wouldn't be able to use them for my project. He then gave me some suggestions of how I could do it myself. I would recommend these guys to anyone based off that simple conversation. It's VERY rare to find that kind of customer service anymore in any business and it was evident to me that they take pride in their work and aren't willing to take short-cuts.
