I go to this location all the time. Once it opened during the pandemic, I had a TERRIBLE experience! Only teenagers work there and they are RUDE. I had a free meal on my card and told them on the phone when I placed my order. I was told by the girl that I had to run my card when I got there. I did so. SHE NEVER TOOK IT OFF! When I reminded her that I said this when I placed the order and she told me I can only tell them when I come & pickup the food. She then rolled her eyes and got nasty with me. She told her teenage manager who told me the same thing! I told her she didnt need an attitude and she rolled her eyes again. No comp...no CUSTOMER SERVICE....watch what you order and know that children are handling your food and running the store. Stopped by for carry out after the Michigan game. I had high hopes based on limited number of reviews but ultimately was very disappointed. I had the spring rolls and shrimp Pad Thai. The food is not too bad. I really enjoy the noodles. The chicken here is not very good though. I usually get the Pad Thai Curry with Chicken and sort of eat around the chicken. I decided today to try the sweet & spicy chicken, the flavor was good but the chicken pieces were very small and seemed to just be bits and pieces that were scrapped and hidden in the thick candy like crust. No Thai! is a small little restaurant that is great for take-out. It's so easy to run in and place your order and have it ready to go within minutes. The spice scale is a nice feature because a lot of places tend to either go overboard with the spice or leave it totally bland. No Thai! makes delicious stir-fry dishes right in front of you and serve it in an insulated box that keeps it warm while you make your way home. I like the food here. Normally I have good experiences. Tonight, the couple in front of me ordered their food to eat in. They did not put the chicken in his meal, so he had to bring it back. They remade it with no complaints/arguments. I took my to-go order home, and they forgot my beef. I understand mistakes happen, but it seemed pretty odd to me that this happened twice a row. Trying to save a buck? New untrained employee? I don't know, but it's pretty annoying to get home and not have what you ordered. read more

I think there was a meme a while back saying that Le Croix was like drinking sparkling water while someone yells the name of the fruit in another room. This is bland, flavorless food with someone whispering Thai flavors in the other room. Save your money; keep driving. read more

I'm not gonna lie, this was a rough night guys. First off, I was sick, but my amazing husband (who has a very long attention span) went to No Thai! to pick up some sweet grub. I tried to talk him out of it, maybe try and pick up some garbage from a dumpster (probably better than No Thai!), but he seemed intent on getting food from No Thai!. Whatever, his funeral. So I said "Sure, but no Tofu (I'm a veterinarian)". So then I don't hear back from him for like an hour (we live 30 minutes from Ann Arbor). So he gets home, and while I'm really horny, I'm also really hungry, so we eat first. So I got the Drunken Fried Rice, pretty tasteless frankly. I mean it was to go and the cost of dish was only like $8, but it was really meh. More soy sauce in the fry or cook the onions all the way through--I don't know, something. I usually don't feel bad for eating out, but eating at No Thai! really makes me appreciate home cooking. My husband ordered Pad Thai, but he is kind of a dumbass. He didn't check whether he got what he had ordered before driving all the way home, so this is kind of on him. However, his Pad Thai had no noodles, no sprouts, no peanuts, instead it had chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms and baby corn...it wasn't Pad Thai, it was Pad Something Else. Maybe a miscommunication, who knows, we ate it, but the dish was pretty bad and much like the Drunken Fried Rice, pretty tasteless. Anyways, this place might have been having an off night, the kitchen seemed a little out of sorts. I'll keep going on the Thai food search in the AA area. read more

Location: super convenient. Located in a strip mall. Plenty of parking. Ambiance: nice, crisp, clean. Fairly simple decor. Plenty of seating. Menu: simple. 14 main dish items, all served with white rice and your choice of protein. Brown rice is available for $1 extra. You pick you level of heat (4 available). Pretty sure photos of this have been posted on here. Staff: friendly. I walked in at 9:55 (they close at 10) and they still let me order. Food: I wanted to try the sweet and spicy chicken, but was told the fryer was off. So I went with the potato chicken curry, yoga flame (2nd spiciest). Glad the fryer was off. The curry was DELICIOUS. Perfect balance of coconut flavor, spice, onions, and bell pepper. The potatoes were a nice contrast of texture. Chicken was tender. While not super spicy, it was a nice heat that kept things interesting. I normally find myself not using much rice at Thai restaurants, but I used a lot because I wanted to sop up all the flavorful curry. Would I go back? Absolutely! I would probably get the exact same thing, too. As a side note, this place is great for take out. I appreciate any joint that can package their food in a way that won't risk spills on the way home. read more

Came in to get some Thai food. I got the curry fried rice with chicken. It was very good. Perfect amount of spice and flavor. Also cooked very well, no burnt pieces or anything. Staff was very nice as well. Will definitely come back and try other entrees. read more

No Thai is not really Thai food. It's the fast food version of Thai food and it's not very good. For the price, I was expecting a better meal. Their sauces are thin and lack richness. The vegetables are over cooked, the egg was browned, the noodles rubbery and the chicken had a slight "off" flavor. Their name says it all - this is not thai food. read more

I wanted to place an order that I've ordered multiple times below and she stated they can't make that combination (plain chicken and white rice). Horrible. Do not waste your money. Came here for the first time, ordered the drunken noodles and it tasted as if they dropped a bottle of sugar in the dish. All I tasted was sugar. Not even close to authentic Thai cuisine AT ALL. When I made a complaint the two idiots at the front did absolutely Nothing. What a joke. No wonder they only have 3 stars on here. My family went here for dinner and we were actually pleasantly surprised! I will say this place doesn't make authentic Thai food. It's like the Panda Express of Thai food. We ordered the pad Thai with chicken and tofu (weak sauce spice level), the drunken fried rice (weak sauce spice level) and sweet and spicy chicken (medium spice level). Everything about the pad Thai was great except the tofu. It was fried and completely soggy. Next time I will definitely try it with the medium spice level. The rice was great! My daughter loved it.
