I was having a great time , the food was great ,the hostess at the party was very helpful and wonderful. Everything was perfect , all until the Lazer Tag started. First of all I'm almost 50 years old and has no idea what Lazer Tag is or on how dangerous it is . All I know I got invited to a birthday party for my best friends grandson that turned 8 and when it came to all the kids gathering around to do Lazer Tag , I was like oh how cool , sounds fun !Told my kids I guess this is the last round of fun they have lined up for you kids, So we followed the rest of the kids and the parents to go to Lazer tag. The staff member up front didn't ask me how old my son was (he's 5) and didn't warn me on on the dangers of Lazer Tag or advise me that an adult has or needs to be with him or he should not enter. Instead I had thought that it was safe, that they had everything in control and felt as If I could sit down and relax thinking that my children were in good hands and having the time of their life. Instead , when the Lazer tag was over , my five year old son came out hysterically traumatized and crying uncontrollably .He looked distraught and I right away ran to him asking him what happened ! My daughter had told me that he had got hit in the head with the gun three times !! One on his head , face and nose . And that the staff only applied an ice pack and failed to bring him out the first time he got hit and was crying loud very loud . I'm out raged ! First of all for not bringing him out the first time he had got hit and informing us on what had occurred and also for not having the humane dignity or respect to walk him out when the Lazer tag was over. Instead the kept him inside after being hit 3 times , and even with his loud cries , failed to bring him out to us to explain what happened ! Then to top it off he comes out crying and distraught alone, as if nothing ever happened ! None of the staff that worked in the Lazer tag area had the decency or common courtesy to walk with him comforting him and explain to us what happened ! I'm furious ! I will never go there again ! And I seriously hope that they make it to where no small children should be allowed at all no exceptions with out an adult or parent with them .and also that if anyone gets hurt and only one time , that they should be escorted out of the Lazer tag with am incident report made and signature of what happened and what treatment or action was taken. This protects everyone all the way around ! No one is mad , it shows honesty and the proper steps were taken and also communication ! This place did not do that ! I had to ask to make the report and I'm angry at the fact that the staff working at the Lazer tag cared nothing about my son. I felt as if they had tried to hide it ! Such a cool place for kids, and even adults. Largest indoor playground I've ever been to. That red slide that drops straight down about 10 plus feet is no joke! Before going, I had to ask the worker for instructions and if it was truly safe. Haha!!! read more

This place is awesome! It's very spacious and there are so many things to do. There's a gym for the 6 and under and 6 and older. Beware, the slides for the 6 and older kids are very steep even for adults so be careful. There's also an arcade, laser tag area, and concession stand. There are a lot of seats and also private party rooms. I failed to see an area where a mama can feed a baby but hopefully they will find an area in the future. You have a time limit of 3 hours in the play area which is very nice to let the little ones burn their energy. read more

I only gave this place 2 stars because Courtney at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The caucasian male employee for the lazer tag gate was horrendously rude and was ignoring the people that were asking him questions. He intentionally locked the gate 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time which cut off our family members eventhough we informed him that our family members are right around the corner and forced our sister into the waiting room. During the team construction, the other groups of people wanted wanted to switch teams, but the employee said, "Not going to happen, I don't care, and JUST SPLIT THE ROOM IN HALF! Jezzzzz!" The only thing that i had a problem with was that i paid for 2 games and once we finished the 1st one we weren't given any instructions on what to do for the second one. we thought they would just call us again so we waited for roughly 30mins then when i walked up to the counter they said we should have gone up right away and they would have put us right in and not wait. I went with my family too play some laser tag, and my family didn't enjoy the time there due too the gamemode called kids mode. This kids mode wasn't fun at all and us paying 2 games for 22 people! 22 people which was a really expensive and also a big waste of our time. When we went into the first game we thought kids mode was just for the first game because there were kids in there for a birthday party so we didn't mind it. But when the second game came around it was the same mode which we all didn't want, but when my Mom asked the person instructing the laser tag session, he said that the cashier at the front should've let use know. (We were never informed about this by the cashier or even labeled on there website or even posted around the shop). When we went to tell the cashier the managers and everyone else came out to talk it out and we were basically being gaslighted us and made it seem like we were the problem. But overall not a great experience and I don't recommend playing laser tag here ever. Very bad communication, Poor Customer Service not evening apologizing about their mistakes, and not making sure things are posted around making sure everyone is able to know up to date what is going on with each thing they offer. Be advised: they claim their games are 30 minutes, but it's really more like 20 because it's 10 mins to get set up and hear the rules explained (even if you've already heard them before). Edit: My response to the business owner is this - have your briefings BEFORE the session starts. It's not fair to the 90% of people who know how to play that they have to spend a third of their time listening to the rules again. On top of that, during one session we had to wait for the last party to exit even AFTER the rules had been explained. You are trying to squeeze almost three 30 minute groups into each hour and in my view, it's a shameless money-grab. read more

Really fun place to bring the whole family! They have laser tag, party reservation rooms, fun adventure park/trampoline area for kids, arcade area, and food. When you go in, you have to sign waiver on kiosk. Then form a line to pay if need arcade card, or laser tag, or arcade. Then enjoy your time there! My family and I really did enjoyed this place. My sister comes here regularly and invited our mom, brother's family and my family to have a nice family time together! I was surprised when I say the new and improved "No Surrender" location at the Sierra Vista Mall. It's quite large that could rival "Dave & Busters" in size and attractions. The playground, VR, and Arcade nice additions but I'm here to play the laser tag. So the price went up from $10 to $12 and there was a wait, but with the option to have food and a beer it went by fast. So our group was led into the briefing room, and informed of the rules and how to use the equipment. The guns are different and not the same type from the old Blackstone location, so as we're led into the "armory" I noticed that there's only one type of gun which is a great thing because these new guns have a lot of new features and their surprisingly light. The arena has a 2nd story and is gameplay is smooth, the only issue I had is that my gun didn't seem accurate, the best feature is that you can heal your teammates so you're not going to die as fast...like at the old location. Some of the "Special" Guns you get from a "Kill Streak" can be really good or not so good so it's really hit or miss. Overall I liked the set up and these new guns have great features but they need to be adjusted to be fully accurate, other than that the group I was playing with was good and the refs were doing a good job of keeping order. Not to mention that there's a scoreboard so it really does try to capture the feel of being a first person shooter game. read more

If you are looking for a place for both kids and adult this is the place to be for some fun. We were here early on a Monday so it was perfect with other families. It is big enough so that everyone is spread out with enough space to run around. They also a menu along with beer and wine for those who wants to have a drink while watching their kids. David was one of the play area attendee and he was very nice as he showed us how some of the equipments work and is very friendly. Great to get out of the heat but it's our 1st time and didn't understand how it worked. Chose this place because grandson asked for a place with a ball pit. Picture showed a big ball pit but there are almost no balls.... Maybe 1 per square yard, it's just a floor with a few balls rolling around. Also the big play structure is half for younger kids, half for older, so really not a big play area. Clerk asked if I wanted to go in the play area, I didn't realize that was so I could look for the kids, not to go on the toys. No place to sit available (others had all the seats) except by snack bar (can't bring your own food and drinks in). Also wasn't told the wristband is only for a short period (I'm sure it's in fine print somewhere). Then you get nickeled and dimed by the arcade games and virtual reality is $5 a game. We came here today and our 3 year old and 1 year really loved it! Especially our 3 year old. There's a little area for kids under 6. The vacuum tube kept getting stuck but we just had to ask staff to fix it. Our littlest one got overstimulated and we had to come out, have a cuddle and some milk. The seating area was nice enough. Wack. The guns take 6 shots to kill, unless you buy the one shot kill gun and ruin the game for everyone else. While everyone else had a pretty even kill to death ratio, the two players with special guns had about 70 : 3 kills to deaths. Completely unfair and ruins the experience for all the rest of the players who are stuck walking back and forth from the spawn room for 30 minutes. read more
