I explained what the website said, they said the last day of that was yesterday. So Monday is part of the "last week" but Tuesday isn't? Very fun place to take the kiddos. The price is reasonable. The food they have is a little overpriced, but very good. I had the burger and fries and it was good. I hear the pizza is good as well. However, I was not aware that they have a new waiver form system UNTIL I got to the cashier. Atmosphere: Don't get lost. This is located sorta on the left side/behind the mall. Right when you enter, the place is pretty spacious. Very kid/family friendly. Pretty loud though since the arcade and adventure course is out in the open. They also have tv's right outside the tag room so that you can watch the other teams play while you wait. Customer service: The employees are super kind and will help you with the whole process in getting your bracelets and in helping you understand the laser tag instructions. No matter how many times they answer the same question or have played laser tag, they will make your experience awesome! That's something I really appreciated! Good job guys! Rotations: My group bought 2 rounds. After the 1st round, we forgot that we needed to go get another bracelet color to play our last round. However, we went to ask the front desk and the workers were awesome about it and helped us out so smoothly! I recommend getting at least 2 rounds. You will not want to stop after the 1st round. I paid for two sessions, and they wouldn't let the kids in for the second, told them to play the next round. The kids went back, and they wouldn't let them in again since it was a private session. We had to leave because we had movie tickets. They refunded me my money, but it doesn't give us back the 90 minutes we spent waiting for our sessions. read more

plan to eat in the surrounding areas before heading in to this place. the pizza is low quality, overpriced, and extremely greasy. the bottom of the crust gets super soggy from the pool of grease its swimming in. also, a first, they charge you for a cup/pitcher of WATER. ($5 pitcher of water, $2 cup of water) with that said, im surprised they're not charging to use the restrooms. the arcade games are meh. just the basics, nothing special. virtual games look ok, but nobody wants to play a virtual game where you're hitting a punching bag. the kids play zone is huge. good spot to take kids in for a quick hangout. the ball pit has air driven contraptions that dump loads of balls down, or make balls float. the thing is, they only work every other hour, since the laser arena uses up the generators half the time. i give it 2 solid stars for being in a location where there are hardly things for little kids to do, being clean, and great atmosphere. will be back, but not for the food. read more

Another place in Clovis that we absolutely love since we moved here if you have kids if you want them to run up energy take them here or you can let them go into the indoor play park which is huge and our two-year-old loved it along with my husband who got in there with him it's 10 bucks for three hours probably about the cheapest daycare and fun for a child. They have laser tag, games, Massage chairs, beverages even for adults, and so much more!!!! The only thing I get concerned about is if you're taking your kids here and having cocktails they probably should put a limit of two drinks per person that is what they do at Chuck E. Cheese to look at for the safety of children however adults just might come here by themselves I guess with friends or maybe it's a younger couple on a date night? Be aware because you don't pay for the 3 hours as they advertise it. They also don't tell you when you're paying that you're losing time if you arrive or paying in between half hours. We assumed at if we pay at 11:50 we would be able to use the 3 hours which ends at 2:50, they were told to leave at 2:30 which isn't their 3 hours. I had to tell them that but they didn't care. They said if ended at 2:30 no matter what and I would have to pay another 3 hour time. I even told them why didn't they inform us as we paid to either wait for the next hour to get the 3 hour. This is my kids favorite place to go and burn off energy! The setup is fantastic, the price is good and the food is very good for this type of establishment. I enjoy coming on Sunday and watching football while eating delicious food and having a beer or two while letting the kiddos run wild. One thing I always forget is to bring cash to top the food service people. When you use a credit card there is no line to leave a tip, I can't name one place that serves food and has alcoholic beverages with no tip way to leave a tip on your card. I know these workers are making minimum wage, help them out with an option to add a tip!! If you have kids between 2 and 12 years old, this is the best place in town!!! read more

The first time at this place was ok, it was recently opened so I passed along the inefficiencies to them just trying to work out the kinks at a new facility. We returned for a second time for a Halloween event happening at the mall and faced numerous setbacks just to pay and get in. We first waited in line initially just to reach the front and have a staff member pull us to the side to measure my sons height, we then had to wait in line a second time just to be told by the same staff member that our old waiver was no longer valid and we had to redo it. After filling out another waiver and waiting in line for a THIRD time were we able to pay and go about our day. Management needs to seriously consider a more efficient method of streamlining their customer service. read more

This place is amazing. My toddlers absolutely love this place. It is very well organized and very clean. There is so much to do here. The building is huge, so it is very open even when super busy. They also cater to all ages. There is the kid area, laser tag, arcade (kinda lacking), VR arcade (looks interesting) and laser tag. There is also an area for adults to have a beer. There seems to be a decent menu of food as well. The staff is very nice. They monitor the toddler 6 and under area to ensure older kids aren't in there. They also interact with the kids at times. I also like that there is a maintenance guy in the play area at all times making adjustments and repairs on the fly. This approach ensures that all equipment is fully up to optimal condition. There is so much to do here that you truly have to come experience it for yourself. read more

The guns have various modes simulating different weapons and they are wireless, making them easier to maneuver. They need to have age appropriate areas for toddlers and babies, my daughter almost got kicked in the face by some kids way bigger then her. I say something to the kids and let them know there's smaller kids and babies in the pit, some other teenager tried to tell me something. Telling me I shouldn't say that. Sorry little girl, not today. I'm looking out for my own and all the little ones under 3. We don't need giant kids ruining it for the little ones that have not much to do themselves. As big as This place is, why play with the tiny toddlers. This is why I don't like taking my daughter here, they have to many big kids running around senseless. My nieces and nephews would never running around infants and toddlers, they know better. I don't think this place is safe for children under 3 from my personal experience at both locations. I was born and raised in Fresno and I used to LOVE this place back when it was on Blackstone so I decided to go with my mom and 12 year old brother during my visit. I realized that this place has changed ENTIRELY for the worst. One of the biggest bonehead moves they made was changing from vest to head band. So, you have this disgusting headband on you that makes you sweat bullets. We had some sad adults who have chosen laser tag as their hobby. No kids, just sadness. The guy running the game knew who they were, that's how sad. We had a group of little kids in the game with us and because these "professional laser tag players" were going 100% on these little kids, they didnt want to play by the end of the game. When the game ended, all the kids were just standing in the respawn because they saw no point in going out. My mom also said that the paint fumes were making here feel really sick. They need to find a way to air out the room of those fumes. They also make you hold down a button in order for the gun to even shoot along with some sort of bandage system.... DUMB! Long story short, I was very disappointed in this place because it used to be a really cool place. read more

As if i didn't like it enough before, after having tasted the food for the first time tonight i love it even more!!! food was excellent, and worth the price if you are there for a mini splurge (chicken tenders and fries basket for $7...not horrible in my book compared to other places with lower quality). My daughter always has fun being here in the toddler zone, and the constant "patrol" of staff within the play zone really limits any bullying or fighting amongst the kids which is nice if you can't catch every little thing happening. My only complaint so far would be that i wish there was some sort of charging station for phones or other devices but it's not a make or break thing for me. That and i really wish they would offer water cups, since they don't allow outside drinks to be brought in but i don't want to pay $1.50 or so for a bottle every single time. read more

The set up is very realistic and there is a wide variety of weapons to choose from. I like the concepts of having "missions" to complete instead of just shooting at people. Went to No Surrender for a birthday party. We had tons of fun playing, but one of the staff was pretty rude. I understand that your busy but that's no reason to have an attitude problem with a bunch of 6 and 7yo. I get that they were loud but they've never had this experience and they were just excited. Granted it took a minute to calm them down, but the attitude was just not necessary. If you don't know how to talk to kids you probably shouldn't work somewhere your going to have to interact with them. read more
