Botched my son's third birthday. We made the reservations weeks in advance, and the party was delayed an hour because the staff said they had no idea it was scheduled. We had to rush to set up, got no help, and entertained a group of toddlers. I have no idea what the staff were doing. They "gave" us coupons for free video games as compensation but then added them to the bill. Then they tried to give free tickets for laser tag, but no word on whether the coupons will be good for 5 years until my now 3 year old can use them. I filed a complaint with the BBB weeks ago and no response...the owner probably isn't local and doesn't care about the business. read more

I'm a little disappointed in the condition things are in. Even my 5 year old noticed the lack of balls in the ball pit. A lot of the metal protector cushions were torn . She wanted to play in a section of the toddlers section but she insisted it was closed. It wasn't closed just poorly lit. Maybe investing on some lighting wouldn't hurt. The toddler section should be the section with the most lighting. Unless the theme is scary dungeon for children 42 inches and smaller. read more

This place is great for kids, especially in the summer when it's hot outside! However, customer service isn't the best and food quality is inconsistent. The employees always seem stressed, in a rush, and rarely provide a friendly greeting. Regarding the food, the first time we got a pizza it had thick crust, however the second time it was thin crust. See attached picture of the most recent grilled cheese we received after waiting 40 minutes. Of course, they remade the grilled cheese, which took another 15 minutes. They also don't provide ice water. They say there is a supplier issue with cups, but they won't even fill up your own cup with ice water, they just refer you to the water fountain. read more

My daughter and I came here with my mom (grandparents are free, so cool!) during the week and it wasn't too packed at all! It was perfect! It was about $12 or so for 3 hours which was plenty of time for the little one to burn out all that energy! The staff was super friendly, everything was clean, they don't allow you to play around in there with shoes or without socks. So it's very clean. Another thing I liked was how many staff members were actually inside the play area monitoring like hawks making sure the kids weren't getting hurt or doing things they weren't supposed to. I brought 6 kids here of different ages. A 6yr old to a 13yr old. There is something for all ages! This place is great. The 6yr old played in the adventure park while the 8-13 year olds played laser tag. I payed for 2 laser tag games for the older kids so during their wait time they played the arcade games. I did spend $200 in one day on these kids being here, but it's worth it. The staff were all great! They had a host that stood in the front, I think her name was Emily. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I also ordered food and they have a veggie burger! It was delicious. In the adventure park they have plenty of staff supervising. They even have staff inside of the course managing. One on the slides etc.. the small ones are definitely safe here. I was impressed at how attentive the staff in the adventure park were. One of the employees, David. I asked him his name lol. I was so impressed by him! He was kind to all guests and he would walk around and pick up little toys/things on floor and maintain the cleanliness and safety. They all ensured their area was safe. I was in awe by how great the staff was. The only thing I can complain about is seating. I wish there were more seating available. I came on a Saturday so it was a little congested. We had food so we had to sit on a table, but a lot of tables were taken up by people who weren't eating etc... it took me some time to find a table. I also wish there were more seating by the adventure park so I could oversee my kids while eating outside. Btw: I had to leave my food on the table while being inside the adventure park with my smaller one and the staff cleaned around it and left it there. That was very considerate of them. This was the absolute worst customer service in the history of anywhere. A 9- year old little girls birthday party was ruined by a bunch of whinny hostesses who werent doing their jobs properly and treating me and other adults at the party with so much disrespect. First they tried to change the amount that had been agreed upon. Then management said no one can sit in the room that we paid for, or we pay and extra $150 for people to sit in there even though it was already paid for. Then they wouldn't let even a senior citizen sit in there. They kicked her out too. They told me that the manager said all this. And when confronted with it by us who were trying to get customer service, they run and cry to thier district manger or was it the owner? He claimed to be both. He was in the face of a young lady and in the face of the parents who paid for the room and he even yelled at their guests, other parents and family, he was yelling at all of us. There's a picture of him yelling at the young lady with her son standing next to her. It was a disgusting show of greed and the young girl who was manager who kept trying to add 150.00 more to the bill after a form had already been submitted and paid for by the party. She used her authority to ruin a little girls party and got everyone thrown out. That was after she took the two rooms agreed upon and closed one of them and had over maximum capacity in the one room. You can see in the pictures the room is completely full and guests are having to stand up. There were several of us standing on the outside of the glass because there was no room and they had no AC on in that small room. Fire hazard which the manager and the man that came in after said was ok to do. Someone couldve gotten very hurt like a child. And they never came to check on us. They said ring the bill for help. Well, we rang that bell for 15 minutes and nothing. Drinks were not being refilled and there were no hostesses in sight! We walked up to the front counter and 7 people were standing talking and laughing, not attending to anything. We complained to them that they were being rude by not doing thier jobs. We said we shouldn't have to come find you. We need our drink refills. One of the young kids said "you want to make something of it?" THATS HOW YOU TALK TO CUSTOMERS WHO PAY YOUR PAYCHECK??? WHO ARE THESE KIDS THAT THINK ITS OK TO TALK TO PEOPLE THAT WAY??? Then when the owner said he was kicking us out he said we couldn't sing happy birthday to my niece. He said no. Its done, you all have to go. He kicked the kids out of laser tag and whats worse, he made my niece cry. She was in tears and she was so upset, but he didn't care. Place is huge loved the adventure course for my toddler he had a blast! Some of the employees weren't as welcoming or the vibe was okay. Some of the ladies didn't look too happy to work at the moment. The front lady was nice she explained the place to us except the concession stand lady wasn't as nice. The arcade had good games I think I spent alittle more than I should've haha didn't get to experience the laser tag section but it's cool too cause there's party rooms if you wanted a small gathering for you family or kids. But the hostess Kylie or something she was irritated and rude and we felt unwelcome. They have stats at the end of each game to show individual scores and overall team performance. I say if you were ever curious about this place, come on a Tuesday. Ok, last and final update review. Dropped 1 star. Why? Guns are inaccurate...again. Tried different ones. Some are btr than others. Some can't hit 5 ft away. Some has lag. Old place never had this prob. Played 4 games on diff days, all the same with 1 exception, the level 30 heavy newer gun was spot on. But pay and play until u r level 30. I'm not a newb so I know how to use the guns, how to play, how the arena is setup, how to level up and so on. I know it's not me. By now NSLT should have worked out all the bugs but they haven't. Laser guns are very inaccurate, some work better than others. Not worth the price. Much time is wasted every time the directions are given by different staff. My friends and I have decided that for the short time in the game and the very bad laser guns that you are provide with, it's not worth the money. My friends and I were frustrated that we were like walking targets! NSLT needs to either improve their guns or charge much less. Went back 2 weeks ago when I was visiting family in Fresno again. This time it was much more efficient and the staff member that checked us in was very nice and did a good job of explaining the options to us. However, the staff members who explained the use of the guns and the game to us rushed through it, leaving out important details that would have helped us. Because there are many regular players there who are very good at what they do, the learning curve is very steep for a newbie and the staff inside the laser-tag area kind of assume you already know what you're doing. One of the regulars there took pity on us and explained things that the staff should have. The only other thing I would say is that this is not a place for small children. Unlike my experience at other laser-tag places, this is much more war-like. The guns emit moaning and screaming sounds when you are "hit", which is disturbing, to say the least. One of the kids with us was quite frightened. Most of us barely got out onto the floor before we were "hit" and had to go back to hit the button to "re-spawn". I spent a lot of time walking from the button to the middle of the game area and back again. But if you want a scary, realistic war-like game, this is the place. read more

I thought it was a fabulous place for my daughter with autism till I had to take my 6 year old daughter crying because she was not allowed to be in the area of ​​children under 5 years old. The place is cool and the attractions are a ton of fun. The problem is management is so worried about getting that extra couple dollars and miss the big picture. NS has unlimited laser tag on Monday nights, but on any given Monday they want to call it a holiday and the unlimited isn't available. Great idea....NOT...We were there almost 2 hours and 8 other people played laser tag. Our group of 6 had fun, but if management keeps trying to squeeze those extra dollars then people will come less often. Your fixed costs to operate the laser tag were already accounted for. If you have unlimited you would have made way more than you did trying to charge by the game. Keep chasing $2-3 dollars and your gonna miss out. read more

UPDATE: This is an update to my previous review. The owner Peter did talk to me and explained a few things and offered some tips for our next visit. He was also very kind. The reason I still cannot give it 5 stars is the fact that it is mandatory for a parent to enter with children 5 and under AND the adult is charged admission along with the kids. I'm totally fine with chasing my little guy around and making sure he's safe but don't make it mandatory and charge me for it. He did not have a good explanation for that. Otherwise I was informed that I could bring in mugs and containers from home with my own food. Which I will totally do next time. Due to customers that disrespect the establishment and leave their food containers and trash they can't allow outside food. All in all kids were wore (and the hubby too) when we left. They had a blast and 3 hours for them flew by. The kids have a great time but their policy is not parent/customer friendly. Any child under 5 requires a parent to go into the adventure park with them (which I don't have a problem with) but you are charged to go in with them. Let me say that again it's MANDATORY that you go with your child AND you have to pay. They also gave me an extremely hard time about the email I received for buy one get one free admission into the adventure park. I'm here on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:00. The email stated Mom-Thurs all day BOGO children's admission. Guess who they were going to graciously allow in for free... me. Pay for both kids and you go free. Wait, shouldn't it be that way anyways? Not only that but here's the kicker. We stopped at Sequoia sandwich to have lunch before we came. I bought a banana pudding on our way out to eat while I was hanging out. I was 2 min into my pudding when an employee came by and told me I could not have outside food. They didn't waste anytime. Ok... so what do you want me to do? Go throw it away? NOT HAPPY. I came to let my kids run around while I enjoyed reading a book and eating my pudding. I don't want your microwaved/fried garbage. It was our first time doing laser tag, and it was so much fun! I think the map is a little small though. It got a really hot under that vest after few minutes of playing. I wish they made the room cooler. Also, i would like to suggest that they should make a game just for an age group. Our team (Alpha) had 7 adults, while the other team had 5 kids, and 2 adults. It's fun for a day of playing, but not a good place for birthday parties. I took 24 minutes for everybody to sign waivers. Once the waivers were signed the kids only had a half hour to play. They only give an hour to play and then an hour in the party room. They rush the party along the whole time. The kids were eating cake and opening presents then the party was told time was up and to finish out at the tables . We did end up getting more time because I brought it up to the staff, but the policy is a joke and feels like theft for the money it costs. It was a horrible experience for me since I was the one handling the money situation. I was told there was 22 people at the party and they charged us for two rooms at the party place because of 22 people. My friend and I only counted 19 kids! I found out later that it was a party for another Matthew and they put their present on our cart and we were charged for that other two people who were not in our party. Because of those two extra people it changed everything. My son opened a present from another person and they came back looking for the gift. That's when we found out that we paid for two extra people who are not in our party. Long story short; the whole time when you feel rushed. It wasn't a good experience for adults in charge but the kids had fun. And in the end that's what matters most. read more

This place is great for toddlers to run around and have fun climbing the adventure course. The staff working in the front registers could use some better customer service, but the ones at the adventure course were great. My only complaint is that this place is way too hot!! I noticed it as soon as my family and I walked in. I had mentioned it to the lady up front who also rang us up for our admission, and she said that she would check to see if it was on. She did, and said that they were on, and that she would adjust it. When I had walked by and looked over at the thermostat (in plain view right behind them), it was set to 76. I think that is just way too hot for a place where kids run around and play. My two kids were drenched with their own sweat! Even the bottled water they were selling (in a fridge) were not even cold, cold. It was slightly cooler than room temperature. I was having a great time , the food was great ,the hostess at the party was very helpful and wonderful. Everything was perfect , all until the Lazer Tag started. First of all I'm almost 50 years old and has no idea what Lazer Tag is or on how dangerous it is . All I know I got invited to a birthday party for my best friends grandson that turned 8 and when it came to all the kids gathering around to do Lazer Tag , I was like oh how cool , sounds fun !Told my kids I guess this is the last round of fun they have lined up for you kids, So we followed the rest of the kids and the parents to go to Lazer tag. The staff member up front didn't ask me how old my son was (he's 5) and didn't warn me on on the dangers of Lazer Tag or advise me that an adult has or needs to be with him or he should not enter. Instead I had thought that it was safe, that they had everything in control and felt as If I could sit down and relax thinking that my children were in good hands and having the time of their life. Instead , when the Lazer tag was over , my five year old son came out hysterically traumatized and crying uncontrollably .He looked distraught and I right away ran to him asking him what happened ! My daughter had told me that he had got hit in the head with the gun three times !! One on his head , face and nose . And that the staff only applied an ice pack and failed to bring him out the first time he got hit and was crying loud very loud . I'm out raged ! First of all for not bringing him out the first time he had got hit and informing us on what had occurred and also for not having the humane dignity or respect to walk him out when the Lazer tag was over. Instead the kept him inside after being hit 3 times , and even with his loud cries , failed to bring him out to us to explain what happened ! Then to top it off he comes out crying and distraught alone, as if nothing ever happened ! None of the staff that worked in the Lazer tag area had the decency or common courtesy to walk with him comforting him and explain to us what happened ! I'm furious ! I will never go there again ! And I seriously hope that they make it to where no small children should be allowed at all no exceptions with out an adult or parent with them .and also that if anyone gets hurt and only one time , that they should be escorted out of the Lazer tag with am incident report made and signature of what happened and what treatment or action was taken. This protects everyone all the way around ! No one is mad , it shows honesty and the proper steps were taken and also communication ! This place did not do that ! I had to ask to make the report and I'm angry at the fact that the staff working at the Lazer tag cared nothing about my son. I felt as if they had tried to hide it !
