Leonardo and Francisco arrived to assess our leaking shower pan and immediately crawled under the house to examine the problem. Within a couple of hours we had an estimate. Their demo and construction team was led by a man named Igor, who is the best plumber, carpenter, and masonry person we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about the quality of work the crew accomplished. Even the demo was done with care and neatness!!! They reused our existing shower doors and saved us a considerable amount of money. The crews always showed up at 8am every day and worked solidly till 5pm. The work area was separated from the rest of the house by a thick plastic zippered door that greatly minimized the impact of the job on the cleanliness of our house. The drywall, tile work, and shower enclosures were all done with excellent craftsmanship and precision. When we stopped by their office to ask a question or discuss some designs,, everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Leonardo was always available and kept us updated on the progress of the job. The permitting took around three weeks, and construction was finished in about two and a half months, right on schedule and with no surprises. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

Their team did a great job with both rooms and the price was reasonable. They even did a lot of extra little jobs for me for no extra cost, like replacing some of our old outlets with modern outlets with USB-C ports, and helping me fix a ceiling light. They also hauled away some of our junk after we moved in since they were already hauling away construction material. Everyone on their team were nice, polite, and professional. If you are particular about your plans I would definitely check in on their work to make sure they are doing it how you want. I had to ask them to start over when they made the grout lines on the shower thicker than I wanted. Even then, they were happy to change it to how I wanted it, but it did add some extra time to the completion date. Overall I am happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a licensed contractor for home improvement projects.

He created a WhatsApp chat with me and the incredible designer Jocelyn. They were both consistently responsive to any of my questions or concerns -- and opened my mind to design options. Jocelyn spent time in our home, drafted plans, took me shopping, and sourced all the fixtures. From her spreadsheet I was able to find less expensive options for some items. I appreciated the input and control I had on these expenses. Since we needed to move out, I had a tight timeline for the project -- mid October until Thanksgiving. Marc and the team did their best despite City of San Jose delays with inspections. We were able to move back in before the final inspection. Every member of the team was kind and courteous. Marc also did a great job working with the window vendor that specializes in older homes. I'm rating the experience a 4.5 out of 5 for two reasons. I was disappointed that the medicine cabinet, switch plates, and hooks were initially installed unevenly (it was corrected). I expected more attention to detail. And I was disappointed in the wear & tear that happened on my wood floors as well as the overall dust in my dining room. I was warned that things would get dusty -- but didn't understand the extent and would have packed away more things. WISE offers lots of support with design -- they could also offer as part of their package a full cleaning! I offer this feedback to help others calibrate their expectations. Overall it was a positive experience. I waited several months to post this review until I returned from travel and could see how things were settling after regular use. The next day they had a schedule issue and different show up until 2:30pm. worked on Wednesday it was finally finished on Friday but as I was cleaning up I noticed. Tile was cracked. I called the project manager Max, he came out, fortunately for them we had a pair piece a tile so it was able to be fixed. What was upsetting it was broke and nothing was said. Two days later my husband was taking a shower and whole shower head came off only the pipe was coming out of the wall. Max was called immediately And came out to replace the shower head.
