I had to call on THEIR behalf to talk to my doctor who was unavailable and then they told me that they cannot keep my sample and told me to go home and come back with the codes another day while keeping a sensitive lab sample "sitting around" for 2-3 days??? It literally says 24 hours on your bag! Ridiculous. And don't even try calling here. You will never reach anyone, they block all outside calls and there's no reception. You just sign into a stupid ipad and hope the person who calls you is competent. On top of this, don't bother coming in without an appointment. They accept walkins, but you will be waiting a while.

The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

Once the appointment was made they were very responsive with confirmation emails with next steps. I arrived on time, checked in using links provided, waited in my car until I received a text to come inside. Inside the waiting area was a check in kiosk complimented by a huge jug of hand sanitizer (This was likely a persons job in the past but thanks to technology just use the machine now, bummer.) Tip: you don't need to use the kiosk if you've checked in online. I was called to the back right away. The staff I dealt with confirmed the details for the service as well as insurance info. They were gentle with "servicing" patients. No grumpy staff, both ladies I dealt with smiled under their PPE gear and there were no issues. There are individuals rooms for each patient and they service kids and adults. Each room appeared to be orderly and clean however I didn't witness any sanitizing after each patient. Fingers crossed that occurred that happens during this covid pandemic. When I say I was extremely please it's an understatement. The staff was wonderful, they kept him distracted and it was over in a few mins. Got his vein on the first try and it was over and done. No bruising just a little crying but nothing that wouldn't be expected from a 2 year old getting bloodwork. I will be going here from now on for his bloodwork.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at an Urgent Care facility and quite possibly at a medical facility. The positive was that the check in process was smooth thanks to their technology. And that's the extent of the positive. The waiting area while large and open was riddled with tattered paper signs, business cards for realtors and all other types of unrelated paraphernalia. The rooms where you are seen were hands down dirty and you can see that in some of my pictures. The doctor was not professional and the best example I have is him literally POKING an area that I was in to have examined with his BARE FINGER without any warning, which in turn made me SWAT his finger away from me and scream OUCH because it hurt and also because he did NOT have on medical examination gloves! There's so much more I could share but the bottom line is if you're looking for professional medical care in a clean environment then this is NOT the place you should visit.

I had the chance to meet to of the nicest people that I have ever met and they walked me through the whole process and even recommended me a great doctor when they found my MRI was positive. Karla and Taha are who I had the pleasure of meeting down in this center and they are great. They greet you with a smile and are so positive that its like you have friends during a scary time. Also the best part about this center is how quick things got done. I was in and out in about an hour and with in a couple of days my results were with my doctor and was able to take care of things quickly. I had a sprained ankle for several months and finally gotten a chance to check it out because of the insurance I had.
