However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

You usually only see so many negative reviews/comments for fast food joints, right?…read more I'm partial to Hackensack Hospital but my cardiologist (yeah, I have one of those now!) keeps sending me here for various tests every few months. This part of town is overdeveloped and congested. The hospital looks decent (enough) if a bit dated and a touch beaten up. (St. Mary's is totally reminding me of West Hudson Hospital that was a few blocks from where I grew up and would've probably had the same Yelp rating if it were still around.) But I had a (mostly) good/positive experience each time for each test... although they're like every other medical-related biz that they seem to overbook and you have to wait and waste your own time. (For both visits their parking lot was open/free - which was a nice little bonus.) Everyone I encountered - from the security guard stationed outside to the various staff inside at every department on every floor - were genuinely nice and helpful. (Both visits I would get lost while strolling the halls to find specific departments and it's a bit jarring how it can go from bright and cheery [Subway sandwich shop, the pharmacy, a church/chapel] and then a wrong turn and now it's dark, abandoned and you feel like you stumbled into a scene from Halloween II.)

I am very glad and thankful they were experience and fully responsible in administration, classic traits for Quest which has done so much testing for so many less urgent, crucial periods in my life thusfar. Their speed reliability and results give peace of mind and ability to conduct life safely and accordingly versus so many other commercial labs who have 5-7 days results time, some even canceling the results as happened to my family member's test at another lesser commercial lab 2w ago. I saw someone's comment about the condition of one bathroom. Unfortunately some people are just rude and gross. There are a few different bathrooms, so you alert the staff and use a different bathroom. If the staff doesn't address the problem then that's a problem or if all the bathroom are in a bad state. I have always found the staff is professional and respectful. You get your test results pretty quickly. They don't keep you waiting for appointments. They do remind you a bunch of times to schedule your appointment which is both annoying and helpful but some people do need those reminders. I have to admit that I hate needing to go to an imaging center for every xray or scan because my doctor used to do a number of diagnostic in his office as part of my yearly physical so one appointment and your done. Unfortunately my insurance company will only cover the cost of certain tests if they are done at an imaging center which is damn annoying. Insurance companies really piss me off but that isn't the imaging center's fault. In fact I was able to schedule my annual mamo with one of the scans I needed in back to back appointments. You also always are told your out of pocket costs before your visit so there are no billing surprises which I appreciate.

They have always taken care of my kids here, where other medical care clinics have failed to do their jobs. There isn't much paperwork to fill out and I've never had to call my insurance because of some sort of issue. They have it file and are organized enough to be prepared whenever we arrive. This is what medical care should be like for everyone. Immediate, effective, efficient care, with practitioners that care about their patients.

I needed stitches in my hand and was treated promptly and efficiently. I returned there for stitch removal and also had an excellent experience. My hand healed beautifully and with their help, I never missed a day of work. It is comforting to know this urgent care center is staffed by such dedicated people when an emergency arises.
