    Some good offices have lack of parking. Also, some are extremely crowded. Also some seems more automated.

However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

I would suggest use of another location or go to Quest. I followed all procedure: made appointment, registered online and checked in. I'm sitting there waiting for the text. Then I hear someone calling a name that sounded like mine I go to check the board and it was another name. So I sit back down. I get a text and go to the desk and the woman at the desk hardly looks at me. She obviously was having a bad day but that is not my problem. An overall nasty person. I wish I had gotten her name. I go in and she says go wait on the line. So I look and say there is no line (I was just making sure I was standing in the right place). So she says very nastily it's over there (there was no line). Then a woman comes in after me looking for the line and she seems confused. I will be making a complaint to the company.

    This is my go to imaging center. I have been to going to this location for many years. I have…read morealways found the exam rooms and the bathrooms clean. The staff is professional and respectful. I saw someone's comment about the condition of one bathroom. Unfortunately some people are just rude and gross. There are a few different bathrooms, so you alert the staff and use a different bathroom. If the staff doesn't address the problem then that's a problem or if all the bathroom are in a bad state. I have always found the staff is professional and respectful. You get your test results pretty quickly. They don't keep you waiting for appointments. They do remind you a bunch of times to schedule your appointment which is both annoying and helpful but some people do need those reminders. I have to admit that I hate needing to go to an imaging center for every xray or scan because my doctor used to do a number of diagnostic in his office as part of my yearly physical so one appointment and your done. Unfortunately my insurance company will only cover the cost of certain tests if they are done at an imaging center which is damn annoying. Insurance companies really piss me off but that isn't the imaging center's fault. In fact I was able to schedule my annual mamo with one of the scans I needed in back to back appointments. You also always are told your out of pocket costs before your visit so there are no billing surprises which I appreciate.

    Went to NJ imaging for a mammogram and ultrasound. I paid nearly $600 out of pocket with 1 day…read morenotice as they did not share the cost before the 24 hour confirmation before the appointment. That was fine. I was luckily able to cover it. A few weeks later I received an additional bill for about $25 so I reached out for an explanation and itemized bill. They confirmed they would send one over and I let them know I'd wait on that and discuss with my insurance to see why I'm receiving an extra charge. I am still waiting on this itemized bill now almost 4 months later. I finally gave up and gave them a call to request that itemized bill again and hopefully just close the loop and pay if needed. They let me know on the phone that it had already been sent to collections. When I asked for a supervisor the supervisor let me know that they had overcharged me and were actually going to call the bill back from collections and process a refund for me. This was yesterday. Today I get a call that the collections recall was denied and that I did have to pay more money and that it was on me to pay the collections. This whole run around has been an absolute nightmare with them. The billing department is awful. All of this could've been avoided if they had sent me an itemized bill or simply explained WHY there was an additional charge. What a joke. I will not be returning and I will be letting everyone I know to go anywhere else.
