However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

I get a text and go to the desk and the woman at the desk hardly looks at me. She obviously was having a bad day but that is not my problem. An overall nasty person. I wish I had gotten her name. When I say I was extremely please it's an understatement. The staff was wonderful, they kept him distracted and it was over in a few mins. Got his vein on the first try and it was over and done. No bruising just a little crying but nothing that wouldn't be expected from a 2 year old getting bloodwork. I will be going here from now on for his bloodwork.

Congratulations and they deserve it. Everyone I dealt during my appointment today was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. From the security guard to Xiema the xray tech, to Jasmine in wound care reception, to my Brazilian RN & my doctor. I feel confident that their care and services will help speed up my recovery. No one wants to go to a hospital but you need to take care of yourself because good health is a priceless gift too many people take for granted. Ignoring a problem only causes complications.

1-Star Review…read more Unfortunately, my experience at St. Mary's Hospital was disappointing, and the cafeteria played a big part in that. The cafeteria workers were consistently rude and made an already stressful time even harder. When families are spending long days at the hospital supporting loved ones, a little kindness can go a long way. On a positive note, the security staff were by far the friendliest people in the building. They were welcoming, respectful, and always willing to help. The front desk staff were okay and did their job, but overall the hospital had a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I understand hospitals are busy places, but compassion and courtesy matter just as much as medical care when families are going through difficult times. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve the overall experience for patients and visitors.

I am very glad and thankful they were experience and fully responsible in administration, classic traits for Quest which has done so much testing for so many less urgent, crucial periods in my life thusfar. Their speed reliability and results give peace of mind and ability to conduct life safely and accordingly versus so many other commercial labs who have 5-7 days results time, some even canceling the results as happened to my family member's test at another lesser commercial lab 2w ago. This is my go to imaging center. I have been to going to this location for many years. I have…read morealways found the exam rooms and the bathrooms clean. The staff is professional and respectful. I saw someone's comment about the condition of one bathroom. Unfortunately some people are just rude and gross. There are a few different bathrooms, so you alert the staff and use a different bathroom. If the staff doesn't address the problem then that's a problem or if all the bathroom are in a bad state. I have always found the staff is professional and respectful. You get your test results pretty quickly. They don't keep you waiting for appointments. They do remind you a bunch of times to schedule your appointment which is both annoying and helpful but some people do need those reminders. I have to admit that I hate needing to go to an imaging center for every xray or scan because my doctor used to do a number of diagnostic in his office as part of my yearly physical so one appointment and your done. Unfortunately my insurance company will only cover the cost of certain tests if they are done at an imaging center which is damn annoying. Insurance companies really piss me off but that isn't the imaging center's fault. In fact I was able to schedule my annual mamo with one of the scans I needed in back to back appointments. You also always are told your out of pocket costs before your visit so there are no billing surprises which I appreciate.

That was fine. I was luckily able to cover it. A few weeks later I received an additional bill for about $25 so I reached out for an explanation and itemized bill. They confirmed they would send one over and I let them know I'd wait on that and discuss with my insurance to see why I'm receiving an extra charge. I am still waiting on this itemized bill now almost 4 months later. I finally gave up and gave them a call to request that itemized bill again and hopefully just close the loop and pay if needed. They let me know on the phone that it had already been sent to collections. When I asked for a supervisor the supervisor let me know that they had overcharged me and were actually going to call the bill back from collections and process a refund for me. This was yesterday. Today I get a call that the collections recall was denied and that I did have to pay more money and that it was on me to pay the collections. This whole run around has been an absolute nightmare with them. The billing department is awful. All of this could've been avoided if they had sent me an itemized bill or simply explained WHY there was an additional charge. What a joke. I will not be returning and I will be letting everyone I know to go anywhere else.

They have always taken care of my kids here, where other medical care clinics have failed to do their jobs. There isn't much paperwork to fill out and I've never had to call my insurance because of some sort of issue. They have it file and are organized enough to be prepared whenever we arrive. This is what medical care should be like for everyone. Immediate, effective, efficient care, with practitioners that care about their patients.
