About the pediatric nurse : she was a young filipino girl and her attitude was horrible!!! I requested the doctor for motrin for my kid since she usually runs a fever after a vaccination & as much as i hate giving her medication i don't wanna see her suffer. The doctor was fine with the motrin but the nurse comes in with the vaccine & motrin & starts questioning me as to why i want to give her motrin. I told her she usually runs a fever and also has to go to daycare. The nurse gave a sarcastic laugh and says "oh i get it, you don't want the daycare to call you during the day"......Umm that's not why i want to give her Motrin but i just want to lessen her suffering coz she's my child and i've noticed a pattern of her getting fever after vaccines (never said that out loud). So yea miss judgemental is out there, so beware! I felt like asking if she has a kid but i guess none of my business. Well i don't think anyone other than a parent could understand their child better, so if you cross paths with her don't let her make you think your a horrible parent. Ignore her! I was a patient with this practice since the beginning, actually the current physicians took it…read moreover and I decided to stay. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. It is not uncommon to make an appointment, show up on time, and wait for several hours to be seen. The diagnosis and treatment received has become mediocre at best. All test results require an additional visit, even when the results do not require additional actions or treatment. I am assuming this is so they can charge your insurance for the visit and collect your co-pay. If at all possible seek treatment somewhere else. The receptionists and office personnel are not very considerate or kind either. I will say the office atmosphere is very professional. The problem is, it is so professional I think they forgot they are dealing with people. In my opinion I believe they are more concerned about their practice and the possibility of lawsuits then their patients. In the past I would have defended this practice. My entire family had decided to leave a long time ago and advised me to seek medical treatment somewhere else. I choose to stay until recently, I had no choice but to seek treatment elsewhere and to my surprise the experience was wonderful. The physician took the time to speak with me and get to know me. They did an entire panel of blood tests and called me with the results (no additional appointment) and even called in a prescription for some medication needed to a pharmacy of my choice (again, no visit needed). When reading the results they took their time and made sure I understood the results. If you disagree with my comments above it is probably because professional treatment is not something that has been experienced. Ironically, I then began to receive weekly voice messages asking me to make further appointments! Due to the repetitive number of voice messages, I then decided to block my number. Although my "meeting" was brief, I cannot recommend this doctor or practice.
