    I've been coming here for over 20 years. Dr faugno is relatable and understanding doctor. The staff is professional and helpful.

    Best doctor in the area! Staff is excellent too always helpful! Test results always in a timely manner! Dr. Faugno is one of a kind!

    My 5 start review is given to AFC after my horrible visit to CityMD…read more AFC Urgent Care let's you get on line at home. You cam also register online. A message is sent to you when you should head to the facility. Once you get the a very profesional and caring receptionist takes your name and your copay. 5 minutes later you are taken into a room and the person who takes you in proceeds to get the information about your visit. The dr. comes in 2 minutes later. Notice I say the DR. not THE PROVIDER. I needed X-rays the technician came in right away my expectations for the report time were set , 15 minutes. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great profesional and caring service. Please do not go to CitiMD if you value your time and you want a profesional service. Also if you want to be seen by a dr. and not a PROVIDER whatever that means.

    I had a cough for several days and I thought it was allergies until I started hearing crackling and…read morerattling sounds when I layed down. I went to AFC urgent care in lyndhurst.  What a waste of money! I wish I could get a refund for my $75 copay.  I clearly discussed my symptoms with the doctor.  I had a cough, fever, aches in my thighs, and I explained the crackling sounds when I lay down. I also told her that 10+ years ago I had bronchitis and another time I had a pneumonia.  Using the stethoscope she reassured me that my lungs were clear. (No xray) She said I had allergies and prescribed an allergy medication. After that visit I did not feel any better. In fact I felt worse. Two days later I went to my primary physician and he immediately heard the rattling sounds in my lungs and detected a pneumonia and sent me for Xrays. I got my results and my primary physician was right. He prescribed antibiotics, prednisone, and a cough medicine. Misdiagnosing a patient is unacceptable. I am not happy with AFC. I want a refund!

The biggest problem with this place, is trying to reach the office by phone. A few weeks ago I tried to reach the office and my call was always answered by a call center. They took my information and promised me that I would get a call back from the office. This never happened and I left several messages with the call center. This has happened several times in the past also. The funny thing is when you go to office it is filled with girls in the reception area, just talking to each other. I am fed up and will try to find a new doctor within the Optum network.

    Customer service is beyond terrible. Unless you speak Spanish, I don't recommend this place at…read moreall. I got a call with blood work results.. When I asked the rel questions regarding the elevation of my bloodwork all she would respond is "Yes".  I do not believe she understood what I was saying. I find it very unfair to patients to have someone who does not speak fluent English call me to review my blookwork.  She clearly did not understand what I was asking her.  I went to the doctor with concerns about my health.   I then called the office back and requested a copy of my blood work.  Everything is not fine as stated by the rep. I highly recommend that you not have nurses who are incapable of speaking the language fluently call patients and make their own medical assessment.  Based on her assessment I would need no further follow up.  My bloodwork speaks for itself.  Ignoring it would only harm my health even further. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.
