These woman are on point and seem to have a great team flow. They greet your with a smile. They are highly informative; and like the doctors, they do their very best to work with you. It is a very loud, non relaxing environment , where all conversations can easily be heard. Furthermore, these conversations between other patients and the doctors can be very offensive, improper and unprofessional. As i was receiving care, the doctor and patient in the next room spoke about very offensive issues using crude language. This is a very impersonal and misleading office. X-rays were not even reviewed with me because how much they rush from patient to patient. They give you medical equipment stating you will not be charged, however they bill your insurance and the patient incurs any deductible costs. VERY MISLEADING!!! HORRIBLE experience!!!

I called to see if my kids can go back there and the young lady that picked up the phone said that he doesn't take old patients back, which is weird because when I called the insurance and they said it it shouldn't be a problem since the kids were already going to him. And they treat you different if you choose not to vaccinate, which is not fair because if that is a personal decision, why would you be upset on what a family chooses that is none of your business and we have all these reasons why. Like I said before, the doctor is absolutely great. He was really good with it my son who has a lot of medical conditions and because we choose a Holistic lifestyle they prefer you don't come back even though the doctor was fully aware that I do not medicate my child because he had many reactions. We eat healthier and it has helped tremendously. I really wish the doctor would teach staff that when it comes to personal family decisions, they shouldn't treat families different because they choose to do things differently. The young lady stated that they are a pro vaccine office and I needed to look somewhere else if that is what I choose to do with my family. Not right at all. Last time I left because I was extremely ill with a cold and they were letting other patients/friends in front of me. This time I arrived at 8am and it's 10:06 and I haven't seen anyone. Again, they let other patients in front of me to see the doctor. The front desk said they're not seeing the doctor but doing lab work or tests. I really like the medical staff but a two-hour wait is insane. I could've gone into the City, seen someone, filled my prescription and been back home. I think this is truly my last visit.
