I went here for 3-4 years and was decently satisfied. Not amazing for a doctors office but good…read moreenough. Over the summer, the physician I had been seeing left the practice. I was switched to another OK doc who I saw in July in person for a physical. At the end of August, my rx ran out for routine maintenance meds I had been taking for more than 10 years--including a statin and a high blood pressure med. My new doc was unavailable--and the owner, Dr. Cardiello, refused to refill my meds without an inperson visit. I made an appointment for 2 weeks later--as soon as I could get off work and get to the office. I explained nicely my problem and that my meds would still run out before I could make my appointment...would they please refill anyway since I had been getting those meds prescribed by this practice for years already. He still refused and would rather leave me with no medicine than refill before I could see him. Again, even though I had been going there for years and my meds hadn't changed! No deal. I will not go off my meds or drastically jump thru hopes to get time off at work to get rx filled by a doc who wants to hold them hostage. I made a telemedicine apt elsewhere and my rx were refilled within the hour. And I will not be back to this rude, uncaring dump were patient health and safety is not a concern--they just want to charge you for visits and can't work with long term patients in times of need. Do yourself a favor and pick any other practice than this one. They don't care about you...you are just a $ in their accounting books. What a joke...

Last time I left because I was extremely ill with a cold and they were letting other patients/friends in front of me. This time I arrived at 8am and it's 10:06 and I haven't seen anyone. Again, they let other patients in front of me to see the doctor. The front desk said they're not seeing the doctor but doing lab work or tests. I really like the medical staff but a two-hour wait is insane. I could've gone into the City, seen someone, filled my prescription and been back home. I think this is truly my last visit.

I had a very concerning experience at this urgent care that I feel other parents need to be aware…read moreof. I brought my daughter in while she was actively having an asthma attack and in clear respiratory distress. Instead of prioritizing her medical condition, the staff focused on an issue with her insurance, stating that the subscriber could not be found. I explained that I was willing to pay out of pocket just to have her seen, but they still refused to provide care. It was extremely alarming and disappointing to see a child in need of urgent medical attention turned away over administrative issues. In that moment, her health and safety should have come first. Because they refused to treat her, we had no choice but to leave and go to the emergency room for care. This delay could have had very serious consequences. To make matters worse, it felt like the urgency to clear out the waiting area may have played a role in their decision-making, which is deeply concerning if true. I would strongly caution other parents to think twice before coming here in an emergency situation. No family should have to go through this when their child needs immediate medical help. Especially if the parents was willing to pay!

This urgent care is a scam clinic. Never go to this place!!!…read more First, the urgent care never followed up with you on the blood work test result. What's more frustrating is their billing system. They never billed to my insurance company but trying to charge me additional money directly. I was trying to get the billing issue solved for months, both called my insurance company and the urgent care for at least 5 times. Every time received the same response from the urgent care. They were going to escalate the issue and have submitted the bill. However, when I was trying to get the claim id. They could never provide it. Apparently, they did nothing, just want to get extra money from the patient! WANT TO re-emphasize the below 4 points. 1. I have already met my deductible this year. 2. There is no any record for this visit on my insurance portal. That's why my insurance company was asking for the claim id so that they can check. However the urgent care cannot provide even one. 3. I have already called the urgent care and insurance for at least 5 times but without any process. If you want to solve this issue, contact me!!! I am not going to call you again. My account number is #153344. You KNOW HOW TO CONTACT ME!!! 4. I will keep reaching out the NJ Health department to report this issue until it got solved. Worst Urgent care I have been to!!! As a 50-year-old Black woman who is generally healthy and feeling good most days, my main focus…read moreright now is wellness--how can I optimize my health as I age? Lately, I've been struggling with moodiness and low energy, which led me to start researching hormones and their potential role in my symptoms. That's how I found Dr. Fuksina, and I am so pleased I did! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quickly verifying my health insurance and intake forms, which I had emailed on the day of my appointment. After a short 15-minute wait, I was seen by two different nurses/nurse practitioners, both incredibly kind and thorough in their questions and examination, taking standard vitals. Then came the star of the show, Dr. Fuksina. From the moment she entered the room, I knew I was in the right place. We had a wonderful, in-depth conversation about my wellness goals, lifestyle, and the latest bloodwork I had brought with me. I had done quite a bit of research on peptides and emerging compounds, and she openly and knowledgeably discussed them all with me--something I greatly appreciated. Dr. Fuksina spent over 45 minutes with me, carefully listening and offering insightful advice. She didn't just focus on what's wrong but instead took a proactive approach to how I can feel my best. That's exactly what I was looking for--a doctor who specializes in wellness, not just sickness. I want to co-create my health journey with a doctor who is invested in seeing me thrive, not just treating issues when they arise. She ordered a comprehensive panel of specialized labs, and when I went to Labcorp, even the technician asked if I was working with a holistic doctor because the tests requested were so thorough. That, to me, was a sign that Dr. Fuksina is truly invested in understanding the full picture of my health. I'm now eagerly awaiting my lab results and excited about the personalized plan Dr. Fuksina and I will craft together. If you're looking for a thoughtful, well-researched, and incredibly thorough doctor who will truly partner with you in your wellness journey, I highly recommend Dr. Fuksina!
