I have a great experience with this doctor. This doctor takes the time to sit and listen to what's going on with their patient.

Here is a genuine, honest review of the staff and the company. To sum all of this up,…read more for a new hire get your experience, learn everything you can and leave. For a patient, speak up for yourself and ask question. At the end of the day it's YOUR health and YOUR money. To start off, with all of the offices under this management, there's probably maybe SIX genuinely good doctors across the board. And by good I mean a provider who listens to you and isn't on their phone while in the room with you, doesn't rush you because there are 5 other people waiting to be seen... and probably 4 more in the waiting room, who listens, and most importantly orders diagnostic testing/ bloodwork that MAKE SENSE and not just to hit numbers or make the guy who's signs your checks happy. On a good day you'll be seen within the hour... key word on a "good" day. Depending on the building you might have a good experience with the front desk but who knows. Now let's get Into the staff. You see a new face every week because whoever is in charge of hiring unfortunately hires whoever is available, licensed or not! With that being said, you have one to many medical assistants fresh out of school, which is not bad. But, a new hires training is to be sitting down in a room for hours looking at a screen. And then you get put to shadow with someone who A) is probably new themselves, B) has been there but does the bare minimum and now is giving incorrect information on how to do things to a new hire, or C) an older staff who thinks they are better than everyone. Which is very unfortunate and ghetto because it's is a job not high school. Which lead to MULTIPLE incidents of vaccines being given incorrectly or the wrong vaccine has been used, or just simply not knowing how to do the job. But I want to give credit to the MA's that are kind and great at what they do and are meant for this field, you are seen! Unfortunately this is a company that does not care about staff, but only their pockets. Now let's get into management if you are looking to get hired. Get your experience and leave. It's a joke. I use to hear such great things about management in the years before so I'm not sure what or who happened. This company has so much potential But the people in charge need to go back to school on how to MANAGE. I don't know it was a requirement to be a unhappy little biotch to be a manager. But you have management that definitely preys on those who don't like to speak up for themselves and give them a hard time over things because they are on a power trip for some odd reason. Or even worse are in charge of who moves up or gets a raise. Like mentioned before, just get your experience, learn everything you can and leave. As a patienT, speak up for yourself and ask question. At the end of the day it's YOUR health and YOUR money.

The staff running the office are never on time, you are waiting 45-50minutes to see the doctor after appointment time and waiting 15-25 minutes to get checked in with the front desk. However, Dr. Chatta is nice but does not go above and beyond and doesn't seem to request additional testing unless you bring it up. I am very disappointed and as an employee of rwjbh, I am surprised as the lack of time management skill the staff at the office has, I will never recommend anyone to go to this particular office.

My mother-in-law has been terminally ill and family members from all around have traveled to care for her. As such, we needed FMLA forms signed by Dr. Chatha's office to facilitate her care. I've had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Patricia, the most callous and combative customer service representative I've ever had to deal with. She is constantly cutting me off mid-sentence, and will not allow me to explain the situation fully, which ultimately leads to a shouting match. I spent a majority of yesterday trying to contact their office to confirm if a fax I sent LAST WEEK, was received and processed. We cannot receive faxes so I wanted to communicate to their office that I would have the forms picked-up. But no, they faxed the forms. Did I receive a call-back from the messages I sent yesterday? Nope. I tried to explain the situation, but before I could finish my sentence, Patricia cuts me off! Proper customer service training would tell you to allow the customer to speak AND THEN respond. But I assume she is cutting me off as a means to cover-up their mistakes. I have never ever dealt with someone so unprofessional, but what makes it worse is that this is the 2nd time I needed to deal with Patricia, and this is the 2nd time I've received such service. This is clearly how they operate. My issue was a small matter of having forms signed, but what if this was an urgent medical issue? I certainly wouldn't trust them with my life.
