Eventually I gave up and made an appointment, they kept me an hour past my appointment time and past the hours of operation, but I thought I had at least finally gotten them to send the right prescription to the pharmacy. I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy the next day...and it's the wrong. freaking. prescription. Of course, I call minutes BEFORE they close to try to rectify this situation, and they've already turned over to their answering service. All I need is a freaking ventolin inhaler. That's it. Why is that hard. Their incompetence knows no bounds.

I was switched to another OK doc who I saw in July in person for a physical. At the end of August, my rx ran out for routine maintenance meds I had been taking for more than 10 years--including a statin and a high blood pressure med. My new doc was unavailable--and the owner, Dr. Cardiello, refused to refill my meds without an inperson visit. I made an appointment for 2 weeks later--as soon as I could get off work and get to the office. I explained nicely my problem and that my meds would still run out before I could make my appointment...would they please refill anyway since I had been getting those meds prescribed by this practice for years already. He still refused and would rather leave me with no medicine than refill before I could see him. Again, even though I had been going there for years and my meds hadn't changed! No deal. I will not go off my meds or drastically jump thru hopes to get time off at work to get rx filled by a doc who wants to hold them hostage. I made a telemedicine apt elsewhere and my rx were refilled within the hour. And I will not be back to this rude, uncaring dump were patient health and safety is not a concern--they just want to charge you for visits and can't work with long term patients in times of need. Do yourself a favor and pick any other practice than this one. They don't care about you...you are just a $ in their accounting books. What a joke...

Instead of prioritizing her medical condition, the staff focused on an issue with her insurance, stating that the subscriber could not be found. I explained that I was willing to pay out of pocket just to have her seen, but they still refused to provide care. It was extremely alarming and disappointing to see a child in need of urgent medical attention turned away over administrative issues. In that moment, her health and safety should have come first. Because they refused to treat her, we had no choice but to leave and go to the emergency room for care. This delay could have had very serious consequences. To make matters worse, it felt like the urgency to clear out the waiting area may have played a role in their decision-making, which is deeply concerning if true. I would strongly caution other parents to think twice before coming here in an emergency situation. No family should have to go through this when their child needs immediate medical help. What's more frustrating is their billing system. They never billed to my insurance company but trying to charge me additional money directly. X-rays were not even reviewed with me because how much they rush from patient to patient.
