The front desk workers come and go there very quickly these days ( I'm sure due to their off lousy attitude and demeaning way they converse with patients. ANYTHING they don't want to here or goes against their paycheck they either interrupt you or put you on hold ( latest tactic). Just got off the phone with a sour, ( hates her job) front desk woman who continued to interrupt and give me a speech like I'm an idiot. People please remember to get names to who you talk to ( I forgot this time) so it's much easier to call them out on their " holier than thou" attitudes!! I have found more and more in medical/ dentistry/ pharmacy have these power trips on the patient since they have your files, personal history and can make or break you with not getting you an appointment or sending a message through. I'm sure the obnoxious ones are the ' wannabes'. You know? The disgruntled ones who can't advance past the front desk: cashier . So my experience was at 11:30am on Saturday 9/2/23 at the above listed office ( for anyone there reading this). I had gone from working & going to school full-time to being unable to attend a even a single class reliable and made it impossible to work, sleep, or move normally. When numerous other physicians failed to provide relief through meds or attempted procedures and gave up; Dr Koppel developed a treatment plan and we started investigating other procedures that may help. Even though we didn't find a solution over night Dr. Koppel kept trying to find options and eventually found procedures in my neck and back which allowed enough pain relief to develop a new treatment plan and I was able to slowly return to work and school. Dr Koppel has enabled me to return to work full-time and to finish the bachelors degree that had been missing just two semesters. I've now returned to being a functional member of society thanks to Dr Koppel's expertise, experience and compassion.
