If you value your life, don't use this guy. He's really inept.

This was my go-to spot for medical care for several years. They were always quick, efficient, and…read moreeffective. Dr. Pollack was excellent. Sadly, he is no longer there. The place has obviously gone downhill since his departure. Recently, I went in with a particular set of symptoms and had made an appointment. I waited for an eternity, and they were significantly late for my designated appointment time. When I finally got to see the doctor, she appeared to be in a rush (closing time was nearing). Her intern, who was not properly introduced, viewed me as if I were a med-school exercise rather than a person. The doctor asked me about my symptoms, did some very rudimentary checks, and opted to put me on a "cocktail" of over-the-counter meds. I explained that I really wasn't feeling well, and she assured me that these meds would be just fine. She then stated I might also have the flu, so she would test me. Needless to say, those results never came back. In my online chart, it stated from the lab that the test was collected "Insufficiently." No call from the office, so I had to chase them for information and never got it. No offer to re-test to see if I truly had the flu or anything of the sort. This was unacceptable. Paid a co-pay for nothing and kept feeling terrible. Obviously, given all of the above, did not go back for another visit. A friend of mine, who is a seasoned, veteran, nurse was aghast at the doctor's diagnosis and recommendation. Went to get another opinion upon her recommendation and was diagnosed completely differently, was prescribed the right meds, and got better. The location itself is also pretty unsightly. It is not particularly clean and looks shabby, overall. Gaps in the floorboards don't inspire confidence. One positive: the nurse/tech who has been there for years is absolutely wonderful.

Just because of my insurance using deductible ,over charged for my 5-min doctor visit, and most…read morepeople are with unprofessionally bad attitude, I never want to use their service again. The office nurse keep asking me to have pee tested even if I just need check my blood pressure.
