My husband and I are happy with BH. Prior to coming to BH I went to two PCP who referred to all specialist and/or medication they referred me to. Baker health is a class act that gets to know their patients. They actually took the time to learn of my medical history and get to know me and my husband. Love them love dr Malick. read more

A private healthcare facility that won't even pickup their phones. And when you try to use their app it won't find you as a member. For a yearly subscription not including copays I expect someone to pickup the phone. They also lied first time I went saying that they found my health insurance only to receive a full bill saying processed without even though they reassured me they found me in the system. They also push their providers for different services on you no matter how much you say you don't want/need to see said specialist. They'll call you endlessly. They just want your copay. Save your money just use a public healthcare provider. They started to answer via chat while I was still on hold. Telephones never picked up. When asked they said "staff was busy" when I asked why chat was being answered they replied because they have designated people to answer chat. Make that make sense. read more

Strongly recommend avoiding this office. Their billing practices are predatory and unethical. I received another invoice nearly a year after my last visit, despite contacting them multiple times to cancel my account and confirm I would no longer be using their services. They operate on a subscription-style model that continues charging unless you stop it, which feels unethical. During my first visit, staff also pressured us to leave a positive Google review before we left which I also see as unethical read more

So I took my wife here last March, for an allergic reaction. We were able to come in the day we called and seen right away. I wasn't too keen on these new doctor and dentist offices that are popping up in a town near you. But after the initial visit, I changed my mind. Sure, it's a little weird going into a doctor's office where everyone is in their early 20's, and a majority of the physicians are just barely 30. However, my wife received great care and her issue went away within a week. We did go back, due to this sinus infection going around. Got a same day appointment, and proper care. Although, I'm not sure why Reggaeton is pumping through the sound system throughout the facility read more

My good friend referred me to Iyad Baker in Moonachie, NJ approximately 3 years ago. I was impressed with the level of care from Dr. I. Baker, the come in right away scheduling and great bedside manners. I found an amazing friend/doctor. Then something changed. Around 18 months ago I was left in an examination room waiting for over 2 hours to see the doctor. They forgot me! The young assistants total messed up. I didn't want to loose a great doctor so I stayed with him. The concierge charge of $100 was imposed. I paid. Dr. I. Baker started rushing the visits. The factory, assembly line, examinations began. I work in an environment where germs run rampant and I need urgent care 3-4 times a year for common colds, etc. The convenience of having multiple locations in Baker Health network avaliable even on Sundays was amazing. However, I noticed more changes when seeing other doctors in his network when Dr. I. Baker was not available. I felt like I was being interrogated. HE RED FLAGGED ME ON NJPMP after he prescribed me certain medication for my illness instead of treating me properly and prescribing alternate meds. On my last visit he entered the examination room with 5 young assistants and the scribe, 6 total, and began the examination stating "what am I there for"? Someting was WAY OFF! I told him I had a really bad head cold. Got my ZPAC script and got out of the hell out of there. Get this..... prior to cutting him off the concierge fee went up to $200, I couldn't get a human on the phone to schedule until I paid another now $200 memnerahip fee. That was 2 months ago, April, 2026. Funny things is I just paid the $100 membership fee December 2025. That should be good for 1 year. Should I go back for a refund? Why waste anymore of my time. That is not a professional establishment anymore. WHAT HAPPENED.!!! I'm a professional who has had his reputation compromised by a red flag he raised. Totally unprofessional. I WISH I NEVER MET DR. IYAD BAKER. read more

My brother was asked to purchase a $200 membership before seeing a doctor. This policy wasn't clearly disclosed in advance. When he arrived, they asked him to purchase it, and when he refused, they canceled his appointment read more

Switched my kids over and do not regret it. Making appointments is easy and quick, results in 24 hours for labs and there's always someone available to talk with. Love this place! read more

service provided is informative and great. Their staff is not trained well nor do they know how to answer the phone...ever! They hire young people who would rather keep you on hold than do their jobs. read more

This place used to provide good service, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I would be cautious about trusting all the positive reviews. At my very first visit, I was asked to leave a 5-star rating, and I did. Looking back, I regret that. As a mom, I want the very best care for my baby, and I feel it's important to share my experience. I initially chose this practice after meeting with Dr. Baker to discuss pro-choice vaccines. However, when I later asked to speak with him, I was told by Susan, who said she manages the office, that he was unavailable for a period of time. She also shared personal information about his wife's illness, which I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional. I also liked Dr. Cindy, but now there are many new doctors, and the continuity of care is gone. While the app used to be convenient for 24/7 messaging, recently they simply told me to bring my daughter in without offering any advice. Over time, the practice started to feel more like a business focused on money rather than patient care. I was repeatedly harassed about bills that I had not yet received from my insurance or that were not yet due. When I asked to review the charges with my insurance company before paying, they refused to see my toddler. I believe refusing care under those circumstances is unacceptable. When they refused to see my daughter, they embarrassed me in front of few people there. And believe me, I always pay my bills on time. When I complained, Susan (the manager) canceled my membership and refused to see my daughter, even in what I considered an emergency situation. I was not refunded any of the membership fees, and no one followed up to check on my daughter's well-being. I also was not given reasonable time to find another doctor. Appointments felt rushed. Before even seeing the doctor, they wanted to run 3-5 tests. When I asked to speak with the doctor first, there was resistance. My daughter would be seen briefly and often sent home with antibiotics. Another physician later advised me to stop the antibiotics immediately. I was also charged for sick visits that were actually wellness visits. Overall, I found the management, including Susan and the Edgewater office manager, to be rude and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. As parents, we trust medical providers with our children's health, and I did not feel that trust was honored here. Ask yourself: what kind of medical practice refuses to see a sick toddler over a copay dispute, and then cancels membership without allowing the family reasonable time to find another provider? As a parent, that was heartbreaking and unacceptable to me. When a child is sick, care should come first. Billing disputes can be resolved -- but a child's health should never feel secondary. read more

Reception has two youthful individuals who were both cordial and professional in their greeting. Location was busy with patients exiting the building. I was awaiting a person and the area in which I was seated is clean , smells nice , well lit and decorated . Light refreshments and has AC! read more

Baker Health is misleading people. They don't allow non-members to see a doctor, yet they don't disclose this anywhere except on their own app. They still let you book appointments with the same doctors through Zocdoc and other platforms without mentioning the membership requirement. I was even willing to take a membership, but they insisted on an annual plan. This is unacceptable. read more

My husband and I were initially impressed with the first appointment but quickly didn't see the value in the monthly / annual membership fee. We had to follow up several times for the referrals for the testing discussed and for additional information that was promised to be sent to us several times. The follow up and follow through just wasn't great at all. The front desk staff also at times seemed a bit unprofessional and chaotic. We kind of gave them a pass because they seemed a bit young however, being younger doesn't excuse being unprofessional in a business environment. Didn't work out for us but the office was nice and clean and might be what you're looking for. read more

I wouldn't recommend this office to any parent. They forgot the administer my child's flu and covid vaccine. The staff did not introduce themselves. I'm not even sure the person who administered my child's 4 yr old vaccines was qualified. Was she an MA, a nurse, or administrative staff? They weren't rude but they weren't friendly either. They were cold and seemed uncaring. The doctor barely acknowledged my child, and didn't try to gain his trust so when it came to the sensitive exam my son was uncomfortable and shy so he couldn't really examine him. I honestly felt horrible for staying for the duration of the visit. I should have walked right out. Then at the end of that horrible experience, they said I had a 30 day free trail because their a concierge practice. I wouldn't go there for free if I could. Highly unprofessional on so many levels. read more

Yesterday was our first time visiting Baker Health. Originally the appointment was for my son who is four years old and the service was excellent then they were able to squeeze in my husband for a physical that he needed and no wait times. We are originally from New York so we're not used to that. They did the battery test and we should return at the end of the month for the results. I am so happy we got to do this and on another note, there's plenty of parking if you're coming from the city. read more

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. At this point in adulthood, I've accepted the fact that the wait time for offices are no less than 2 hours so when they took me immediately here, already off to a great start. The office is beautiful, everyone was so helpful and attentive. Dr. Baker gave my daughter his full attention and didn't make the appt feel rushed. One of the associates brought me a coffee?! I'm sold. read more

This was the best doctor office experience I've ever had. I went in for a routine annual. The office is so clean, beautiful, and spacious. There was zero wait time. The staff was all around very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My nurse took a thorough history. Dr. Palanker was very knowledgeable and also thorough. They both listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I was able to get my blood drawn on site. And I got a call with my lab results within a few days from the visit! By the time I was done with my entire visit, I probably would have still been in the waiting room at other doctor offices. Highly recommend going! read more

We went in for a consultation for my son and it was great! It seemed that it would be a great fit and worth the membership. The front desk staff always friendly. But then we went in for our second and third appointment, and well it was different. I didn't like feeling like the appointment was rushed. They write stuff down in the board but can't shake the feeling of rushing you out. They don't take temp or weight regularly. The times are convenient and the app does make it easier but I don't think I will be returning. It could be a good fit for others that are looking for something fast. read more
