This place is really horrible…read more As a new mom, scheduling my first newborn visit was something that was a little stressful. I went from my original pediatrician to here, because it is conveniently located in my town. The reviews about the front desk staff,at all the locations, are pretty bad, but I tried not think anything of it because the hospital which I gave birth at recommended this pediatrician and I personally had an amazing experience at the hospital during the birth of my child, so I trusted them. It's also convenient that they are associated with my hospital, in the case that anything happens, everyone can be in sync. The two times I called in: 1. To let them know that I was having difficulty obtaining the progress note from my original pediatrician - I was met with a woman legitimately yelling at me on the phone saying "SIGN THE RELEASE!!" which, if she took the time to actually listen to me first, and not assume things - I think communication would have gone a lot better. 2. To reschedule my first visit because my lactation consultant at the hospital recommended that I try to see them earlier to just track the baby's weight gain - I was met with a woman hanging up on me twice, extremely rude attitude (it was right around 8:40 when I called, not sure if she just had a rough start to her day but it was a bit ridiculous to be that rude so early) and being told to call back later because they don't take calls in regard to visits until after 10. (Didn't see this info on the site, otherwise I would have respected this!) Both times, while it was just incredibly hard to hold back frustration, I took the high road and just ended the conversations to not stress myself out. The front desk staff really needs to be trained in some basic customer service skills and bedside manner, being they are in the profession they are in. In my opinion, if you hate your job so much to be so rude to the clients then why not quit?

I highly recommend her. She is very calm, and is also great at explaining everything about our children to us. I've also come in for the sick hours, due to an emergency with my daughter and we were helpful, and we were seen quickly. I'd definitely recommend this practice to others.

My child has seen Dr. Choi for last 4 years since she was born. My child was in Nicu for 3 days…read morewhen she was born and Dr. Choi came to visit everyday to make sure she is fine. Dr. Choi's follow up is excellent, she even calls on Saturday morning to make sure my child has no fever or anything needed from previous visits. She is well knowledge, nice and how to handle young cranky sick kids.

At my last check up he told me which shots I would need and made sure I called my insurance to verify if it was covered or not. He left the room and waited until I called up to see if I was covered just to make sure that I wouldn't unknowingly lose money. Which doctor does that? Another important thing is that if you're sick, they always see you the same day. They also have never made me wait more than 15 minutes, and that was when I was a walk-in. So courteous. All of the nurses and staff members give you tests are kind and professional. And Dr. Davidson and Dr. Tung (LOVE her) are always kind and caring. This is a practice that truly cares about the patient's care and comfort. I trust them with my life!

AVOID DR. BLANK!, If you have an appointment with Dr.Blank please reject it!! We had a sick…read moreappointment for my son who has been coughing for two weeks straight and she said I would treat it as cold and use garlic for immune system. 2 days later my son had trouble breathing and we saw Dr Chai and he said my son has pneumonia. Even after steroids and antibiotics and multiple Albuterol puffs later he is not feeling well. If Dr Blank should have caught it earlier my son would not be be miserable this way. AVOID dr. Blank. His dosage is up as of today after 3rd sick visit and he still has breathing problems. And he is almost 11. if you have babies especially be aware.
