When you get to the office, you text to let them know you arrived, then they assign you a room. You go straight to that patient room so there is no need to interact with anyone. The patient room is also very clean and presentable (unlike riverside medical). We love our ped, Dr. Martakis. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of our questions, which are always many! We also appreciate how thorough he is. If you ever need to talk to the doctor, expect the call back to take a few hours. I assume they are very busy which is why it takes so long to hear back.

At my last check up he told me which shots I would need and made sure I called my insurance to verify if it was covered or not. He left the room and waited until I called up to see if I was covered just to make sure that I wouldn't unknowingly lose money. Which doctor does that? Another important thing is that if you're sick, they always see you the same day. They also have never made me wait more than 15 minutes, and that was when I was a walk-in. So courteous. All of the nurses and staff members give you tests are kind and professional. And Dr. Davidson and Dr. Tung (LOVE her) are always kind and caring. It's a network office so there are many doctors to see but I prefer to always see the same doctor when possible. I love that I can always get an appointment and I can easily view my kids' growth charts from newborn until now through the portal. I can also easily request school or camp forms. I will likely stay with TP until my kids age out. At this office I like Dr Blank though I think they're all good. I appreciate how she tried for more natural remedies first.
