She looked up and said, "Yes?" Not "How can I help you?" Just "Yes?" Think about why people come to a place like this. Nobody is here on a good day. People walk in nervous, sometimes scared, waiting on answers that can change their lives. The first face they see sets the tone for everything that follows. A little warmth at that desk costs nothing, and it means everything to someone who is holding it together for the person they love. The clinical team deserves 5 stars. The cleanliness and equipment is 5/5. The first impression brings it to a 1 so I hope management reads this, because the rest of the staff deserves a front desk that matches the care they give.

We have visited PM Pediatrics in Paramus, NJ multiple times. We arrived about 9pm and our daughter was attended to promptly. Her quick xray showed no fractured but the swelling and pressure from the blood build up was throbbing and causing tremendous pain. The provider Dr and other 2 medical professionals all agreed to perform a perforation procedure on the nail bed that would release the pressure. However, when they were just about to puncture with a special tool, one of the medical professionals determined that it was not a good idea since she had an acrylic (fake) nail which is highly flammable. Therefore, we were directed to have it removed and return the next day. We went to the nail salon in the morning and after half hour of pain and pressure she finally had it removed. We immediately returned to PM Pediatrics in Paramus and we explained our scenario to the receptionist. The receptionist went to the back and returned and informed us that since the x-ray showed no fracture and my daughter was on antibiotics for infection she did not need to be seen. Well we demanded to be seen by a doctor only to be refused treatment by the Director Dr, Freidman. We quickly exited and went directly to our daughters primary Pediatrician who performed the procedure within minutes and relieved the pain immediately. Today, we spoke to the Assistant Director, Samantha Greene, PA and she followed up and had the charge from the second day for the service refused removed.
