The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in) Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.) The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients In\Out FAST!! I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes. BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction.
