The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in) Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.) The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients In\Out FAST!! I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes. BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction. There's also a pharmacy and a holistic wellness center (massage, reiki, meditation), though the latter doesn't seem to be a huge focus overall. I agree with another review that the communication between departments and the billing can be areas of headache. But the latter seems to be an issue in many Healthcare facilities. It would be great if doctors consistently looked at each patient as an individual vs relying on broad generalizations. But again, it's a systemic issue. Located across from the renovated Valley Hospital, luckow is much easier for parking and navigation purposes.

They were quick and efficient. I told Kathy up front that I was a nervous patient and very anxious to be here. She personally took me in to draw my blood. Unfortunately, he was no longer at the location shortly after, and every time I scheduled an appointment, I would be booked with an MD but end up being switched to an NP. I didn't mind seeing an NP, but the constant last-minute changes felt misleading. I also booked an IV treatment. The room itself was beautiful, but the staff member attempting to start the IV stuck me about four times before getting help from another nurse. After that, I was left alone on the lower floor with no one checking on me. I let it go, assuming the location was still new and working through growing pains. Because of all these issues (and a couple more I haven't mentioned), I ended up canceling my membership. I was paying for two memberships but not getting the level of care I expected. About a year later, I noticed they had more physicians on staff and thought I'd give the membership another try. To my surprise, I was told I'm on a "ban list" simply because I canceled previously--no conversation, no explanation, no willingness to understand why I left. I really had high hopes for this clinic, which is why I initially became a member. Instead of giving me a clear answer, she tried to take me to a back office, which felt like an attempt to pressure me into signing up for a membership I did not want or need. I made it clear I was only there for the vaccine and asked if I could receive it without signing up. Rather than answering directly, I was met with more pushback. At that point, I asked them to cancel my appointment and left. Overall, this was a waste of time due to poor communication and lack of transparency. If a membership is required for basic services like vaccines, that should be clearly stated upfront--especially on booking platforms like Zocdoc. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
