The staff member who assisted me told me to drink water, wait 45 minutes in the lobby without leaving, and then return when I was ready to provide another sample. After waiting the full 45 minutes, I let the staff know I was ready, only to be told that the employee who started my registration had gone to lunch, and no one knew when she would return. I explained that I urgently needed to use the restroom, but instead of offering a solution or having another staff member continue the process, I was told that only the original employee could complete it. If a particular staff member starts the registration and collection process with a patient, she should finish the entire process before leaving for her break. It is completely unreasonable to leave a patient waiting in discomfort when the situation is time-sensitive and physically urgent. This is unacceptable. No patient should be left in a position where they have to "hold it" for an unknown amount of time. I ended up leaving because I was told the employee might be back in 15 minutes, and I knew I could not wait that long. I contacted the manager to report the issue. I am very upset with how the situation was handled and will not return to this location. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in) Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.) The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients In\Out FAST!! I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes. BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction. Apparently they call you first in the office and then text you, which is the opposite of what the text tells you to do. This office is not well run with patients standing and waiting out in the hallway too. I was not the only patient complaining either as I was walking out. Dr Michael Pitter (RIP) was my Doctor who performed this masterful work. The nursing staff was simply divine with their TLC, compassion and professionalism kindness towards me. I was preparing to have my Mammogram and Ultrasound done. However, I was informed by my scheduler at Columbia Doctors that I needed my images from my last mammogram (2014) with Hackensack University Medical Center. Today, nothing has changed with the remarkable, caring, positive staffers, that give TLC as their standard. A professional body of heartwarming staff at Hackensack University Medical Center. I called and requested my images. They returned the call the next day, and my images and report were ready. I drove to NJ, got my ticket stamped for free parking from the Breast Cancer Screening Center. Dropped off my images to Columbia Doctors on West 51st Street in the heart of Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall (so cool). At the end of the movie, it was a joyous experience that made me feel truly gratefully happy and cared for by Hackensack University Medical Center and Columbia Doctors/NY Presbyterian Hospital. The great news is that my Mammogram and Ultrasound was negative. AMEN

I absolutely give 5 stars to the day time nurses I had during my time in 3LW. The night shift I cannot say the same. I felt avoided and ignored entirely at night other than them waking me up for blood work and vitals roughly. For two days I dealt with nonsense and excuses just waiting for an MRI brain scan. Finally one of the APNs was able to escalate my MRI up about 8 hours earlier. I came to Hackensack because they're supposed to have an amazing triage process and broad range of care. I had seen and witnessed so many patients with non emergency issues coming to the hospital and passing me over for things they should be going to an urgent care or their normal PCP for. After 3 days I left with zero diagnosis or information about my condition. A complete waste of my time coming here.

He requested the radiologist compare the studies and I reiterated that request TWICE; once when making the appointment; and again when I checked in, I had the second study done on 7/22./25. The report when posted said "no comparison study available." SO, I called on 7/25. Today is 7/28, I am seeing my MD tomorrow...and there is NO REVISED STUDY on my portal. This is totally unacceptabLe and I will be posting this review on all available public sites.
