Specifically Glevis, she was extremely helpful and nice. I made my drug screening appointment for 1100, but because I dropped off my wife at the bus stop earlier in the morning, I decided to stop by and get it done earlier than my scheduled appointment. I met Glevis (she's at the front desk) at 0825 and she explained that Drug Screening tests are done after 1000. I noticed coming in on their front entrance doors a sign that specifically said so, but I disregarded thinking that it was probably old and didn't apply anymore, well I was wrong lol Before arriving at this Lab Corp I made sure I drank plenty of water so this way I can get the urge to urinate and get it done. That was a mistake, since the screening won't commence in 90 minutes. I waited while surfing through my emails, internet, etc.. By 0925 I really had the urge to urinate and I asked if I can use the bathroom. Glevis was kind enough to allow me to take the test earlier than usual because it's a urine test and I had to...well..urinate badly lol Don't know how it is with bloodwork but I highly recommend this place for drug screening. Despite having an appointment, they do not take you on a timely basis because they are disorganized and overwhelmed by people who are not able to complete the checking process themselves. Last time I had blood work done at this location it took over two weeks for my doctor to receive the results. I even went back to this location to ask if they still had my blood samples. After waiting twenty minutes past my appointment time I walked out without having my lab work done. In the future I would rather go anywhere else than this location and if possible, a lab other than LabCorp. Third world medical treatment. If I could I would leave a negative rating!

I have used this location 3 times the past two or so years…read more Easy to make appointment online, but they also take walk-ins. Great location about 1 block off Route 17. Clean & well set up. The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in) Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.) The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients In\Out FAST!! I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes. BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction. Highly recommended!!

Apparently they call you first in the office and then text you, which is the opposite of what the text tells you to do. She seemed to have a hard time understanding the process, and honestly she did not care. She was doing whatever she wanted to do, and did not care what anyone had to say. This office is not well run with patients standing and waiting out in the hallway too. I was not the only patient complaining either as I was walking out. I made another appointment and went to another location right after and had a way better experience and would suggest everyone else do the same!

I am very glad and thankful they were experience and fully responsible in administration, classic traits for Quest which has done so much testing for so many less urgent, crucial periods in my life thusfar. Their speed reliability and results give peace of mind and ability to conduct life safely and accordingly versus so many other commercial labs who have 5-7 days results time, some even canceling the results as happened to my family member's test at another lesser commercial lab 2w ago. Dr Michael Pitter (RIP) was my Doctor who performed this masterful work. The nursing staff was simply divine with their TLC, compassion and professionalism kindness towards me. I was preparing to have my Mammogram and Ultrasound done. However, I was informed by my scheduler at Columbia Doctors that I needed my images from my last mammogram (2014) with Hackensack University Medical Center. Today, nothing has changed with the remarkable, caring, positive staffers, that give TLC as their standard. A professional body of heartwarming staff at Hackensack University Medical Center. I called and requested my images. They returned the call the next day, and my images and report were ready. I drove to NJ, got my ticket stamped for free parking from the Breast Cancer Screening Center. Dropped off my images to Columbia Doctors on West 51st Street in the heart of Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall (so cool). At the end of the movie, it was a joyous experience that made me feel truly gratefully happy and cared for by Hackensack University Medical Center and Columbia Doctors/NY Presbyterian Hospital. The great news is that my Mammogram and Ultrasound was negative. AMEN

I absolutely give 5 stars to the day time nurses I had during my time in 3LW. The night shift I cannot say the same. I felt avoided and ignored entirely at night other than them waking me up for blood work and vitals roughly. For two days I dealt with nonsense and excuses just waiting for an MRI brain scan. Finally one of the APNs was able to escalate my MRI up about 8 hours earlier. I came to Hackensack because they're supposed to have an amazing triage process and broad range of care. I had seen and witnessed so many patients with non emergency issues coming to the hospital and passing me over for things they should be going to an urgent care or their normal PCP for. After 3 days I left with zero diagnosis or information about my condition. A complete waste of my time coming here.

I went in on a Saturday morning at 10am and I was out the door within 10 minutes! Like I walked into a time portal and traveled through a lengthy ordeal of getting a scan and to my truck without blinking my eyes. The clinician who helped me was super informative and personable. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would say some of those 10 minutes was me chatting her up haha.
