However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

When I say I was extremely please it's an understatement. The staff was wonderful, they kept him distracted and it was over in a few mins. Got his vein on the first try and it was over and done. No bruising just a little crying but nothing that wouldn't be expected from a 2 year old getting bloodwork. I will be going here from now on for his bloodwork.

I am very glad and thankful they were experience and fully responsible in administration, classic traits for Quest which has done so much testing for so many less urgent, crucial periods in my life thusfar. Their speed reliability and results give peace of mind and ability to conduct life safely and accordingly versus so many other commercial labs who have 5-7 days results time, some even canceling the results as happened to my family member's test at another lesser commercial lab 2w ago. My primary Lab Corp location was closed due to an emergency plumbing situation. I absolutely HAD to drop off testing materials so they could be sent out and prior to being outdated. These materials were only good for today. I located the building after researching on Google, as no phone number seems to exist. First red flag. Entered the office and was met with a grungy waiting area. I was shocked to be met with the overwhelming odor of marijuana. The smell was overpowering and unmistakable. Red flag number two. There was a single woman sitting in the waiting area. I tried to orientate myself with where to check in or speak to someone, but no such possibilities seemed present. Confused, I tried again, trying to figure out why a MEDICAL LAB reeked of cannabis. The woman in the waiting area, sitting on her cell phone, asked from her seat if I needed lab work. I asked if she worked there or where the staff were. She repeated the same question asking if I needed lab work. I simply now had to assume she was an employee of some kind, albeit one who smelled of marijuana on the job in a medical facility. I showed her my doctor's order, explained my situation that my materials were time sensitive and only good for today, and that they must be dropped off at a Lab Corp to be sent out as per my doctor's requirements. She turned me away. No explanation except an unintelligible "No, we only do Optum." I asked what this meant and she could not explain. I asked if this was a Lab Corp facility. She said yes. I asked why my script that says "Lab Corp" wouldn't be accepted. No answer. No offer to point me to a location where I could go, no suggestion for how to handle the time sensitive materials I needed to have dropped off, just went back to her chair and her cell phone. Ridiculous. Watch out for these folks, especially considering the overly- obvious substance aromas occurring here.

From the security guard to Xiema the xray tech, to Jasmine in wound care reception, to my Brazilian RN & my doctor. I feel confident that their care and services will help speed up my recovery. I contacted this urgent care after experiencing significant stomach pain from a medication that was…read moreprescribed to me and called to ask about alternative options. After multiple delayed callbacks, the physician eventually spoke with me by phone. When I asked reasonable follow-up questions about medication side effects, the conversation escalated. The physician became verbally aggressive, stated there was nothing further the urgent care could do, and originally refused to provide her name. The call was then handed over to the manager, who immediately raised her voice, spoke over me, accused me of demanding medications, and continued escalating the interaction. When I stated that the call was being recorded, she incorrectly claimed this was illegal in New Jersey, used profanity, and abruptly ended the call. I was calling as a sick patient trying to discuss side effects and treatment options. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that this is how they treat sick patients who are just asking a few questions is very telling about the "care" they provide.
