A message is sent to you when you should head to the facility. Once you get the a very profesional and caring receptionist takes your name and your copay. 5 minutes later you are taken into a room and the person who takes you in proceeds to get the information about your visit. The dr. comes in 2 minutes later. Notice I say the DR. not THE PROVIDER. I needed X-rays the technician came in right away my expectations for the report time were set , 15 minutes. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great profesional and caring service. Please do not go to CitiMD if you value your time and you want a profesional service. Also if you want to be seen by a dr. and not a PROVIDER whatever that means.

I went to AFC urgent care in lyndhurst.  What a waste of money! I wish I could get a refund for my $75 copay.  I clearly discussed my symptoms with the doctor.  I had a cough, fever, aches in my thighs, and I explained the crackling sounds when I lay down. I also told her that 10+ years ago I had bronchitis and another time I had a pneumonia.  Using the stethoscope she reassured me that my lungs were clear. (No xray) She said I had allergies and prescribed an allergy medication. After that visit I did not feel any better. In fact I felt worse. Two days later I went to my primary physician and he immediately heard the rattling sounds in my lungs and detected a pneumonia and sent me for Xrays. I got my results and my primary physician was right. He prescribed antibiotics, prednisone, and a cough medicine. Misdiagnosing a patient is unacceptable. I am not happy with AFC. I want a refund!

The demand at urgent care sites surged during the Covid-19 pandemic as people searched for tests and treatments. Patient volume has jumped 60% since 2019. They are designed to treat non-emergency conditions like a common cold, a sprained ankle, an ear infection, or a rash and are typically open for longer hours during the weekday and on weekends, making it easier to get an appointment or a walk-in visit. Located right across from the Teterboro airport, just off of US-46, I came today to City MD Urgent Care as a first-time walk-in. Greeted by the friendly receptionists, I was able to fill out my information by scanning their QR code in their clean, bright, and modern waiting room for a swollen wrist that occurred from a trip. Making check-in was easy and convenient. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. My doctor was John Gregg, who was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. Thank goodness nothing was fractured, and I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory pill. I was very impressed, and I would definitely go here again in the instance where I needed care and my doctor was not available, which I can recommend.

My uncle in Manhattan is getting older and needed some help. He was resistant and not really in the…read moreright frame of mind to look for someone. I'm in Maryland but he doesn't have any family nearby so I am the next best thing. I didn't know how to go about looking for someone. I called a couple of home care agencies but they were expensive and was not sure what we were getting for $25 to $27 an hour. When i looked online there were many different ways to go and I was a bit overwhelmed. So I went on Yelp which i periodically due for restaurants and such. I was surprised that LeanOnWe jumped at me. The reviews were strong and they were varied. At first I didn't realize that they were any different than the home care agencies. Then i realized that they weren't an agency but just a way for me to connect with someone that my uncle would end up hiring. Very clever. Since my uncle would be hiring the caregivers, it was meaningfully less expensive but would give us everything we were looking for. So I called up and told LeanOnWe what my uncle was dealing with, where he lives, and what he was looking for. They sent bios of 5 people who fit the bill, my uncle and i spoke to two of them on the phone and decided to hire one of them. It worked out great. What a creative way for us to manage this process. We would have been stuck otherwise. So far the woman we chose has been working for about three weeks and all is working well. It is nice knowing that if she can't make it we can always go back to LeanOnWe and find someone else. A happy customer

Unfortunately -I must give them a very negative review. I…read morehave asked them numerous times to assist me in replacing a live-in caregiver who has created a very toxic environment for us. The caregiver constantly manipulates the family against each other in order to get his way. Every time I try to replace him the agency interferes and ignores my requests even though I am the one hired them and I am the one who pays the caregiver who I dislike immensely. I should not have to be a situation where I am forced to keep a caregiver that I dislike. They don't return my phone calls and they ignore my requests to get a different caregiver. Instead of working with me to replace this caregiver who has created an extremely toxic environment, the agency will go behind my back and reach out to another family member who has very little to do with the caregiving, is easily manipulated and it results in arguments about replacing the caregiver. I don't want a caregiver who is only in it for the money and who does not have patients wellbeing in mind. I constantly have to step in and make sure the patient is being cared for. I should be allowed to replace a caregiver that I have no trust in. The caregiver should not be in charge and the agency should not be in charge. Thay have made a difficult situation even more difficult by pitting family members against each other. I dislike them immensely. Be careful
