They have always taken care of my kids here, where other medical care clinics have failed to do their jobs. There isn't much paperwork to fill out and I've never had to call my insurance because of some sort of issue. They have it file and are organized enough to be prepared whenever we arrive. This is what medical care should be like for everyone. Immediate, effective, efficient care, with practitioners that care about their patients.

The techs were absolutely lovely, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. They also accommodated my various medical needs given the amount of time I would be there. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

I'm usually very nervous before blood work because I have bad veins. Micheline made it painless and so quick. She was gentle and kind. I would recommend her 1000%.

In the waiting room there's a screen which indicates each person waiting and whether they have an appointment or are a walk in. I watched for TWO hours as my name read things like 3 minutes, 7 minutes, etc. I had a later appointment so although it read appointment, I was technically a walk in. I got that they need to take appointments first and I don't mind being shifted if someone else is there at their appointment time. That's fine. I was trying to figure out the algorithm while waiting and someone else in the waiting room said she was certain it was a computer choosing who was next, etc. Well, when I went to the back to get my bloodwork, the one phlebotomist was telling the other who to call next and so on. The one phlebotomist was readjusting the list which was causing numerous delays. Let me repeat, TWO HOURS to get bloodwork drawn when the screen originally said eleven minutes!!! When I say I was extremely please it's an understatement. The staff was wonderful, they kept him distracted and it was over in a few mins. Got his vein on the first try and it was over and done. No bruising just a little crying but nothing that wouldn't be expected from a 2 year old getting bloodwork. I will be going here from now on for his bloodwork.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at an Urgent Care facility and quite possibly at a medical facility. The positive was that the check in process was smooth thanks to their technology. And that's the extent of the positive. The waiting area while large and open was riddled with tattered paper signs, business cards for realtors and all other types of unrelated paraphernalia. The rooms where you are seen were hands down dirty and you can see that in some of my pictures. The doctor was not professional and the best example I have is him literally POKING an area that I was in to have examined with his BARE FINGER without any warning, which in turn made me SWAT his finger away from me and scream OUCH because it hurt and also because he did NOT have on medical examination gloves! There's so much more I could share but the bottom line is if you're looking for professional medical care in a clean environment then this is NOT the place you should visit.

I took a half day and they had me scheduled for almost 2 weeks later. Couldn't see me. I decided to reschedule for a Saturday morning at 9am (when they open) and the office was locked and nobody answered the phone for 30 minutes. No wonder this is a tier 3 facility. This operation epitomizes the saying "you get what you pay for", unfortunately it's been 3 weeks since I made contact and I haven't gotten a single thing from this place other than loss of wages for time off. They would charge me if I didn't show up for an appointment so they should compensate me since they didn't show up either. If there is any other option in NJ, take it and don't look back.
