I am so thankful and grateful to have a physician who truly cares about her patients. I trust her 100% with my health and my parents' health. Her bedside manners are wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Lee! The staff is caring as well and there aren't long waits which I hate when going to a doctor. She always tries her best to get to the bottom of our health issues because she cares deeply about our well being.

I signed up for an annual physical, during which I had my blood drawn. I received quite a shock when I received the bill. In addition to charges for the physical and blood draw, I received charges for a second office visit, an after hours visit, and a mental health assessment, none of which I consented to. I called the billing office and asked for an explanation. They said the after hours charge was because my visit was at 5 p.m. The mental health assessment because I filled out a paper mental health form (which was never discussed with me). And the second office visit because I asked the doctor a few questions about my health. I explained that I had never consented to these extra services. They removed the after hours charge "as a courtesy" (like they're doing me a favor or something), but said the other charges stood and that my consent was not necessary. It took three and a half months and six phone calls, but finally the billing office agreed to the drop the charge for the second office visit, again "as a courtesy." One false charge remains, but I'm not contesting it because insurance covered the full cost. In any case, I certainly won't return to this medical office, and I urge everyone else to avoid it as well.

I am happy with electronic referrals, records, and receipts available to the patient. Dr. Katzman is prompt, approachable, answers all questions, and will break everything down to you in pieces. When I'm here I do not feel as if everyone is in a rush to accommodate the next appointment. The quality and timeliness of my care and appointments are impressive. This experience was genuine, which is why I waited two visits to write this review. I wanted to see if this level of service was consistent. I am happy to say that it has been just that...consistent. If you are seeking consistent, clean, and prompt medical service in the Brooklyn, I strongly suggest you stop here.

Bloodwork, general doctor, x rays, specialist doctors etc. It's all in the same building thought it is a very big building. You have to go thru a metal detector and there's an information desk as soon as you get past that. There's also a quick service cafe right beyond the information desk. There's also a cafeteria here which I believe is on the 2nd floor. The care is good here. Most of my bad experiences have been with the red tape as you are dealing with the government at the end of the day.

Dr Yolanda Tun-Chiong has been my PCP for the last 5 years…read more She has a casual, comforting, and warm bedside manner and has provided me with some great specialist referrals. She really is a PCP in that she manages my care and all of my providers. My favorite part about this group is their email portal!!! I can email my Dr at whatever time and she usually responds ... quickly. If I need a refill, etc... they just do it after receiving an email. It's next level. I feel so extremely grateful that I have good healthcare and trusted providers. Our politicians who want to end the ACA lack morality on all levels.
