They then tried calling my doctors office and claimed it was busy but when I called I reached someone immediately meaning the phone lines at this location just straight up don't work. I had to call on THEIR behalf to talk to my doctor who was unavailable and then they told me that they cannot keep my sample and told me to go home and come back with the codes another day while keeping a sensitive lab sample "sitting around" for 2-3 days??? It literally says 24 hours on your bag! Ridiculous. And don't even try calling here. You will never reach anyone, they block all outside calls and there's no reception. You just sign into a stupid ipad and hope the person who calls you is competent. On top of this, don't bother coming in without an appointment. They accept walkins, but you will be waiting a while.

I was beyond skeptical when my mom first began this diet last spring, to me it seemed too extreme and like it would be hard to keep the weight off but I did my first 40 day round mid October and I was shocked. I'm 27 and started at 186 and ended at 159. The 'coaches' are super responsive to your questions via text or email, you'll find yourself asking a lot of questions at the start. The weigh-ins were super quick and informative. The thing that got me to stick with it were the daily weigh ins, you literally watch the scale go down every morning it's like a competition with yourself. I'm writing this review because it not only worked but the weight stayed off. I ended my first round just before thanksgiving and once the holidays rolled around I was not eating responsibly and I didn't gain the weight back. I also found myself not as hungry which might've made the difference as well. Currently on a short 23 day round and doing another 40 day before my wedding in April. Couldn't recommend this more, it's easy to follow and changes your body incredibly.

I went anyway because this location was the only one who had appointments the next day. I'm glad I did! My experience was nothing like the reviews on here. I had an 11:30 appointment but got there early. When I checked in, the system told me an earlier appointment was available. I took it and got called back to get blood work done within 2 mins! Maybe I was just lucky or maybe having the appointment helped. Lydia did my bloodwork. She was awesome. She was very nice and made me feel welcomed/at ease. I've had bad experience with people taking my blood and not really knowing what they were doing. Lydia knew what she was doing. Thank you Lydia! I overheard one of her colleagues taking someone's blood. The colleague was also very nice. If I had her name, I would have mentioned her here as well. My only complaint about this location is parking. The free shoppers parking lot in the back was full, but it seems like I'd be able to find street parking if I had to come back.

However, my experience was so much better than expected. They were ready for my appointment and were on time. Check in process was simple. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The office was comfortable and clean, as were the lab rooms and facilities. Countless patients received care while I was there over several hours. Appointments were conducted in a timely, efficient, manner. Waits were minimal. Overall, excellent experience and will be back for any future lab work needs!

I get a text and go to the desk and the woman at the desk hardly looks at me. She obviously was having a bad day but that is not my problem. An overall nasty person. I wish I had gotten her name. I go in and she says go wait on the line. So I look and say there is no line (I was just making sure I was standing in the right place). So she says very nastily it's over there (there was no line). Then a woman comes in after me looking for the line and she seems confused. I will be making a complaint to the company.

Sorry, I didn't catch her name. A young lady named Blue took my blood. She was highly proficient withdrawing blood. In addition, she had an absolutely wonderful personality. The woman at the front just pointed to a machine to check in at, which seemed like she could have just done it, but okay. An email had a QR code to scan, but the chance to never came up.
