I ended up having Strep throat and was prescribed with the medications in mind. The staff here from front desk to MA's are very sweet and informative and attentive to questions. I got a follow up call shortly after and I was well recovered from then. Overall great location, shortly moved and do find myself wanting to come back there even if I moved out the neighborhood.

For the past two days, I have been calling to schedule an employment-related drug screening, and each time my call is sent straight to a recorded message instructing me to leave a voicemail. I left multiple messages and never received a single call back. This is a time-sensitive matter, as my testing coupon is about to expire. I even escalated the issue by calling the New York office number provided by LabCorp's Corporate Headquarters, yet no one picked up that line, either, and then the line automatically dropped. The complete lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for customers' time and needs. I highly recommend using other services instead of LabCorp, as they are completely unreliable. I have never left a review on Yelp, so I don't know how to give zero stars in my feedback; otherwise, I would have done that!

I would have given 5 stars, however the check in process (scan ID) was a little bit of a process. Other than that, I sat down for maybe 3 to 5 minutes and was called back. The waiting area was clean. There were several patients in the waiting area when I arrived so I figured I would be waiting awhile, but everything was great. I used the restroom before having my blood drawn, again clean. The person that called me back was nice , she engaged in small talk while pulling up the order from my doctor, took my blood, wished me a great weekend and I was on my way. They have a shared free parking lot however it is shared with a grocery store and the lot is not a big lot. I didn't have any issues, someone was backing out as I was coming in however I drive a Range Rover, and the spots are tight.

The technician recognized me from a previous visit and was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. That kind of familiarity and care goes a long way when you are already anxious about the process. One thing worth knowing that I did not realize until recently -- they will arrange transportation to and from your appointment and bill it directly to your insurance. I took advantage of the ride home and it was a seamless experience. If that is something that would help you, do not hesitate to ask about it. She was very rough with treatment and did not attend to my specific needs as a 47 year old with knee problems. With that said, I feel very uncomfortable returning back and sadly will be switching my location for MRI treatment.
