The appointment was at 8:15am on a Saturday and I didn't know what to expect (because I had been to other labs where the weekends are just jam packed). The lab was easy enough to find and the waiting room was somewhat on the smaller side and it was full of people. Once one walks in, check-in is available via a kiosk or there's the option to do it from your phone. I opted for the latter and took a seat. I then was called to bring in my paperwork upfront and after less than 5 minutes, I was called in and greeted by a sweet lab tech. The whole thing took overall less than 10 minutes so I was happy to be in and out! Efficient and zero time wasted. I also got my results within 2 days! Super fast. This will be my future lab for all testing needs for sure! Very happy.

This behavior is clearly set by management / supervisors, I cannot imagine a good manager/supervisor would allow this type of behavior unless they themselves are setting the very-very-low standards. I left multiple messages and never received a single call back. This is a time-sensitive matter, as my testing coupon is about to expire. I even escalated the issue by calling the New York office number provided by LabCorp's Corporate Headquarters, yet no one picked up that line, either, and then the line automatically dropped. The complete lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for customers' time and needs. I highly recommend using other services instead of LabCorp, as they are completely unreliable. I have never left a review on Yelp, so I don't know how to give zero stars in my feedback; otherwise, I would have done that!

Indifferent, aloof, cold. I asked for butterfly needle because I'm a 'hard stick" (Literally, was labeled this by a RN in an emergency room in 2015). It's a smaller needle and less painful. She gave me some bullshit excuse of they can't replenish their stock and she was saving it for kids. WTF??!!?? So, she used a regular gauge needle and caused me so much pain to make me whimper. Also, she damaged the vein very badly that she had to draw another tube from the other arm. Yeah, NOW she used that butterfly needle. Because ~she~ needed it to finish the job that she half-assed. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Picture is my bruise 1 week old.
